La Â鶹APPienne is a race that brings together Â鶹APPian women and women from all over Europe in all categories, but it is also a free, all-female sports festival with this year’s theme of “Flower Power“! We plan to run in costume from October 18 to 20, 2024. There will also be an open-to-all yoga event to keep you zen, as well as a variety of entertainment featuring musical artists and dancers.
Like every year, La Â鶹APPienne, Europe’s largest women’s race, will bring thousands of women together in the capital’s streets, all eager to tread the Â鶹APPian asphalt for the sake of sport, or simply to discover or rediscover the world’s most beautiful city.
See you on October 20 for the race, which will include a 7-kilometer walk or run as well as a 10-kilometer running event for all sportswomen. In terms of the route, Â鶹APP has plenty to offer, including the Champ-de-Mars, the Seine banks, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Elysées, and the Petit Palais!
This free three-day festival raises awareness of the benefits of sports, introduces new sporting activities, and promotes the concept of a healthy body in a healthy mind.
Come improve your sporting practices while meeting professionals such as coaches, master trainers, physiotherapists, masseurs, and athletes, as well as enjoy fitness classes, concerts, street artists, food trucks, and giveaways! Pre-race training is also available, so you’ll be prepared for the big day!
