2.  April Bloomfield

April is a British chef who has opened two New York restaurants: The Spotted Pig and The Breslin Bar and Dining Room. Bloomfield had previously worked at several restaurants in the United Kingdom, including The River Café and Bibendum. One of her restaurants called The Breslin, later also won a Michelin star.

Chef Bloomfield is notable for achieving the highest score of any single challenger in Iron Chef America history, accomplishing the feat during her 56–53 victory over Michael Symon in 2008. As of the 2012 Michelin Guide, she is one of ten female chefs in the United States to hold a Michelin star

 3. Karime López

Karime Lopez Moreno Tagle, the creative chef at Central Restaurante in Lima placed fourth on the 2015 Restaurant Magazine’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list and first on the 2015 Latin American 50 Best Restaurants list.

Lopez, originally from Mexico, began her career in 2007 at Enrique Olvera’s famed Pujol in Mexico City, and her tenure included a stage at the famed Noma restaurant in Denmark. She perfectly represents Italy with its strong roots but is open to the outside world.

6. Anne-Sophie Pic

She worked in Japan and the United States as an intern for various companies, including Cartier and Moët & Chandon, but found herself drawn back to the restaurant for her passion.

Alice is an American chef, restaurateur, and author. In 1971, she opened Chez Panisse, a restaurant in Berkeley, California, famous for its role in creating the farm-to-table movement and for pioneering California cuisine.
