Amber Heard is one of the most famous and influential people in the film industry for her involvement in several movies. She is an American actress and humanitarian who has been in the film industry since the early 2000s. Her first leading role came in the horror movie 鈥�All the Boys Love Mandy Lane.鈥� heard has also been part of some of the best modern-day movies such as 鈥�Aquaman,鈥� 鈥楧rive Angry,鈥� and 鈥�Never Back Down鈥� among others.

When Amber Heard was interviewed in 2010 during a GLAAD event, she candidly spoke about her sexuality. She openly admitted that she is bisexual and has always been herself. According to her, telling her fans about her sexuality would not count as 鈥榗oming out鈥� because 鈥榮he was never in鈥� the closet.

The 鈥�Magic Mike鈥� star met the love of her life Johnny Depp and got married in 2015 after having a series of relationships in the past. She narrated her love journey, stating that she had been in love with both men and women in the past.

When she was in the interview with the People, Heard spoke about her experience when she was dating her girlfriend Tasya van Ree. Amber Heard and Ree were in a relationship for more than four years. She states that it is one of the longest and best relationships in her life despite facing the wrath of societal norms.

Heard explained how she handled the constant prejudice in the interview. 鈥淚 happened to be dating a woman, and people started taking pictures of us walking to our car after dinner. I was holding her hand, and I realized that I have two options: I can let go of her hand and, when asked about it, I can say that my private life is my private life. Or I could not let go and own it,鈥� she explained. She would later address the questions about her sexuality in the coming years to clear people鈥檚 doubts.

“I was always out. I was an activist. I went to protests. I refused to not bring my partner at the time, but no one ever asked me about it,” Heard said in the interview, citing her reasons for standing against social prejudice against minority groups.

Although she got married to Johnny Depp in 2015, the movie star stated that her relationships with women were not accidental. She has had successful relationships with women and if it wasn鈥檛 for the Depp, she might have married her ex-girlfriend.

However, despite having been in love with both men and women, Amber Heard refused to put a label on her sexuality. According to her, she does not fit in any small group and therefore does not identify as either bisexual or another definition.

鈥�I don’t identify as anything. I’m a person. I like who I like,鈥� the famous singer said in an interview with the People. She says that the LGBTQ+ community is an outdated movement and should let people choose not to associate with any individual group she says that the community has served its purpose as an umbrella and now should let people identify with whatever they want.

Therefore, Amber Heard鈥檚 sexuality is something that she keeps to herself and we would not put her in any category. We can only assume that she has a fluid sexuality
