The Ford RideLondon FreeCycle event is set to return in 2024, offering an unparalleled opportunity for cyclists of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to explore central London by bike. The event, which takes place on Sunday 26 May, will be held on a traffic-free route and is completely free to join.
According to the official website of , the seven-mile route will take participants on a scenic journey through some of London’s most iconic locations, such as St. Paul’s Cathedral, Somerset House, Buckingham Palace, and The Mall. Cyclists can do as many loops as they like and can hop on and off at various locations along the route.
In addition to enjoying a great day of cycling, participants will also have the opportunity to take a break from their bikes and try free fun activities for all the family along the route. The event includes two Festival Zones at Aldwych and St. Paul’s, and the RideLondon HUB at Trafalgar Square, where riders can stop for mechanical help, food and drink, and enjoy activities such as music, games, and face painting.
