London is home to numerous beautiful parks, and the capital just added one more to the list. Located in Havering, east London, Central Park is the newest green space in the city. A rooftop view presents a pleasant layout of a lush, flower-packed haven waiting to be savored.
The location itself is a plus. Overlooking River Beam, the park features two-and-a-half hectares of grassland. Previously, this was an abandoned industrial site. The transformed space is now a lovely space to relax in.
Boasting trees, grass, wild flowers, a playground for kids and climbing structures, it is convenient for families looking for serene space to unwind. With plenty of grassy space, it is also ideal for picnic lovers, preferably when the sun is out. Given its riverside location, there is a river trail for those who prefer to take a stroll on a lazy afternoon or even a run in the morning!
