Despite losing eight of her band members in a plane crash in San Diego, California in 1991, Reba was one of the most successful country music artists of the 1990s.    

Her 17th album, 鈥楩or My Broken Heart鈥�, was released after the crash and it remains her best-selling album so far. She released 9 albums in that decade alone.
