The company has a rich history dating back to its foundation on June 16th, 1911. Despite having its headquarters in Armonk, New York, IBM, also called Big Blue, has a significant presence in Austin, Texas.

Apple was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne and is headquartered in Cupertino, California.
