1. Charlotte Rae Lubotsky

Rae was best known for her role as Edna Garrett in the sitcoms Diff’rent Strokes and The Facts of Life (in which she had the starring role from 1979 to 1986). In 1982, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Best Actress in a Comedy.

She also appeared in two Facts of Life television movies: 1982’s The Facts of Life Goes to Â鶹APP and 2001’s The Facts of Life Reunion. In 101 Dalmatians: The Series, she played “Nanny,” and in Tom and Jerry:  The Movie, she played Aunt Pristine Figg. She also appeared in Girl Meets World as Gammy Hart.

Ricki and the Flash, a feature film starring Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline, and Rick Springfield, was released in 2015. Rae released her autobiography, The Facts of My Life, in November 2015, which she co-wrote with her son, Larry Strauss.

 Jerome Silberman, better known as Gene Gene Wilder, was an American actor, comedian, writer, and filmmaker. He is best known for his comedic roles, but he also played Willy Wonka in Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971).

Wilder began his career on stage before making his screen debut in 1961 in an episode of the TV series The Play of the Week. Although he played a hostage in the 1967 film Bonnie and Clyde, Wilder’s first major role was as Leopold Bloom in the 1967 film The Producers, for which he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.

Wilder died on August 29, 2016, at the age of 83, at home in Stamford, Connecticut, from Alzheimer’s disease complications. He had been diagnosed three years before his death but kept his condition a secret.

From the 1950s to the 1970s, he was the highest-paid entertainer in the world, with established Las Vegas concert residencies and an international touring schedule. On and off stage, he lived a life of flamboyant excess.

Liberace held conservative political and religious views. He was a firm believer in capitalism and was fascinated by royalty, ceremony, and luxury. He enjoyed socializing and was fascinated by the wealthy and famous.

Nonetheless, he presented himself to his fans as one of them, Midwesterners who had earned his success through hard work, and who invited them to enjoy it with him.

4. Mark Alan Ruffalo

Mark Alan Ruffalo is a producer and actor from the United States. He began acting in the early 1990s and rose to prominence with roles in Kenneth Lonergan’s play This Is Our Youth (1998) and the drama film You Can Count on Me (2000).

He later appeared in the romantic comedies 13 Going on 30 (2004) and Just Like Heaven (2005), as well as the thrillers In the Cut (2003), Zodiac (2007), and Shutter Island (2008). (2010).

On August 23, 2020, police officer Rusten Sheskey shot and seriously injured Jacob S. Blake, a 29-year-old black man, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Sheskey shot Blake four times in the back and three times in the side after Blake opened the driver’s door of an SUV belonging to his children’s mother and attempted to reach inside.

Sheskey claimed he was about to be stabbed because Blake was holding a knife. Blake had been tasered by two officers earlier in the encounter, but the tasers had failed to disable him, and he continued towards the vehicle.

Protests erupted, prompting Kenosha County to declare a state of emergency overnight on August 24 after police vehicles were damaged, a dump truck was set on fire, and two people were killed. Many other cities, including New York, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, held public protests in response to Blake’s shooting.

6. Michael Torpey 

Michael Torpey is a Brooklyn-based actor and writer. He is best known for his work on Orange Is the New Black, VEEP, and Inside Amy Schumer, as well as appearances on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

He has appeared in a number of national commercial campaigns, including Hanes (in which he co-starred with NBA legend Michael Jordan), Chase Bank, NAPA Auto Parts, and Time Warner Cable.

He is an American professional basketball player for the National Basketball Association’s Boston Celtics (NBA). He attended Marquette University and the Virginia Cavaliers in college.

Hauser attended Stevens Point Area Senior High School (SPASH) in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, where he participated in basketball, golf, and football. Hauser signed a two-way contract with the Boston Celtics on August 13, 2021, after going undrafted in the 2021 NBA draft.

He will split time with the Celtics’ G League affiliate, the Maine Celtics. Hauser set a career-high with 24 points against the Detroit Pistons on November 9, 2022.

8. Jane Kaczmarek

Jane Frances Kaczmarek is an actress from the United States. She is best known for her role as Malcolm in the Middle’s mother Lois on Fox television from 2000 to 2006, for which she received three Golden Globe nominations and seven Primetime Emmy nominations.

She also portrayed Linda in Equal Justice (1990-1991), Judge Trudy in Raising the Bar (2008-2009), Ann in Falling in Love (1984), Emily in The Heavenly Kid (1985), and Gayle in 6 Balloons (1985). (2018).

She had recurring roles in Cybill and Frasier as Holly and Maureen Cutler, and she is also known for a large number of recurring and guest-starring roles in various television shows. Despite marriage issues such as divorce, she did not let them derail her dreams and success.

9. Jeffrey Dahmer

Between 1978 and 1991, Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal or the Milwaukee Monster, was an American serial killer and sex offender who murdered and dismembered seventeen men and boys. Many of his later murders included necrophilia, cannibalism, and the permanent preservation of body parts—usually the entire or a portion of the skeleton.

Dahmer was found legally sane at his trial despite being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, schizotypal personality disorder, and psychotic disorder. On February 17, 1992, he was convicted of fifteen of the sixteen homicides he had committed in Wisconsin and sentenced to fifteen terms of life imprisonment.

Dahmer was later sentenced to a sixteenth life sentence for another homicide committed in Ohio in  1978. Dahmer was beaten to death on November 28, 1994, by Christopher Scarver, a fellow inmate at the Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage, Wisconsin.

10. Patrick Allan Torpey

Patrick Allan Torpey was an American drummer and singer best known for his work with the rock band Mr. Big. In addition to John Parr, Belinda Carlisle, Robert Plant, Montrose, Richie Kotzen, and The Knack, he has performed for a variety of other singers and artists. Torpey had previously collaborated with Impellitteri and Ted Nugent.
Torpey died on February 7, 2018, at the age of 64, as a result of Parkinson’s disease complications. As a child, he became interested in drumming after seeing a drummer in a polka band perform at a local picnic.

Torpey served as a “drum producer” on Mr. Big’s most recent album, Defying Gravity, as well as contributing drums and percussion to some tracks on the album and playing percussion on tour, though Matt Starr was the primary drummer. Torpey died on February 7, 2018, at the age of 64, from Parkinson’s disease complications.

11. Eric Benét

He is a singer-songwriter and actor from the United States who has received four Grammy nominations for his musical work. Benét grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin after being born in Mobile, Alabama. He is the fifth and youngest of five siblings. In the late 1980s, Benét was a member of the Top 100-style group Gerard.

Benét, his sister Lisa, and his cousin George Nash Jr. formed the band Benét and released their self-titled debut album in 1992, which sold over 100,000 copies. Eric Benét broke onto the music scene two years later with his solo career and signed with Warner Bros.

Records, released his debut solo album, True to Myself, in 1996. Benét has also worked as an actor. He has a recurring role as a music producer on the MTV scripted show Kaya (2007). Benét made an appearance on Half & Half in 2005 as Reece Wilcox.

Daniel James Harmon is a writer, producer, and actor from the United States. He is best known for co-creating and producing the NBC/Yahoo! Screen sitcom Community (2009-2015), co-creating and hosting the comedy podcast Harmontown (2012-2019), co-creating and hosting the Adult Swim animated sitcom Rick and Morty (2013-present) and its subsequent franchise with Justin Roiland, and co-founding the alternative television network and website Channel 101 with Rob Schrab.

Harmon was nominated for two Emmys for his work on the 81st Academy Awards telecast in July 2009: Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special and Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics, the latter of which he won for “Hugh Jackman Opening Number” at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards. As the executive producer of Rick and Morty, Harmon won the Emmy for “Outstanding Animated Program” in 2018 and 2020.

13. Libby Riddles

She is a dog musher from the United States and the first woman to win the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race.

Willard and Mary Riddles raised Riddles in Madison, Wisconsin. She fell in love with mushing after seeing a sprint race. Her first race was the Clines Mini Mart Sprint race, which she won in 1978. She decided to breed her own sled dogs after finishing 18th and 20th in the 1980 and 1981 Iditarod races.

Riddles became the first woman to win the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race on March 20, 1985. She became a professional speaker after writing three books about her adventures. Her Iditarod Trail Race victory was inducted into the Alaska Sports Hall of Fame in 2007 as a “Hall of Fame Moment.”

14. Jim Lovell

James Arthur Lovell Jr. is a retired astronaut, naval aviator, test pilot, and mechanical engineer from the United States. As the command module pilot of Apollo 8, he was one of the first three astronauts to fly to and orbit the Moon in 1968, alongside Frank Borman and William Anders.

In 1970, he led the Apollo 13 lunar mission, which circled the Moon and returned safely to Earth after a critical failure en route. NASA began recruiting its second group of astronauts in 1962, with the goal of flying during the Gemini and Apollo programs. This time, the procedure was open to the public.

Lovell learned about the selection from an advertisement in Aviation Week & Space Technology and decided to apply again,  and Slayton informed Lovell that he had been accepted.

15. Cordwainer Smith

Paul Myron’s Anthony Linebarger, better known by his pen name Cordwainer Smith, was a science fiction author from the United States. Linebarger was a US Army officer, an East Asia scholar, and a psychological warfare expert.

Although his writing career was cut short by his death at the age of 53, he is regarded as one of science fiction’s most influential and talented authors. Linebarger, as an expert in psychological warfare, was fascinated by the newly developing fields of psychology and psychiatry.

He incorporated many of their ideas into his fiction. His fiction frequently contains religious overtones or motifs, which are especially noticeable in characters who have no control over their actions. Back in 1949, James B. Jordan argued for the significance of Anglicanism in Smith’s works.
