  • During a clear day one can see 4 states from the 94  floors.
  • The building’s 44 floor features a private grocery store and a swimming pool.
  • The air at the top has an average of six degrees cooler than the air at the base.
  • Each of 875N Michigan Avenue X-shaped cross braces is 18 stories tall.

6. Has  Flexible event space at 360 Chicago 

There are 4 available, flexible event spaces, especially weddings. All four event spaces have stunning views.  They can accommodate a group of 10- 550 people.

The four-event space includes as follows

  • Skidmore is located on the north side of the 94  floors. It is a large space that offers breathtaking views of the Chicago Lakefront and beaches. Skidmore is ideally moderately sized with 31-125 guests.
  • Owings is a premium event space. It is the package includes the skid more space with the additional 950 square feet. Owings is the perfect event space for a larger guest of up to175 people. It offers a breathtaking view of Chicago’s lakefront and the Gold coast.
  • Full Buyout is larger for impact events. The entire 94 floor is available. It offers incomparable 360 – degree views of the city’s magnificent skyline, landmarks, and the lakefront. Full Buyout can accommodate a group of 176- 550  guests.
  • Merrill is the smallest and most intimate event space in the southwest corner of the Hancock building.  It offers the guests a brilliant vista overlooking Chicago’s skyline and the famed magnificent mile. The space accommodates a group of 10-30 guests.
