The Wednesday star revealed in an interview with The Tonight show with Jimmy Fallon, that she took two days to choreograph the dance she performs at the fourth episode of the show. Ortega revealed that she was not really experienced in the field and therefore she didn’t sleep for two days as she tried to create the dance.

Her inspiration for the dance came from videos of Siouxsie and the Banshees, Denis Lavant in â€˜Beau Travail and footages of goth kids dancing in clubs in the ’80s. the dace created so much buzz and was recreated by so many people on almost all social media platforms.

The Stack in the middle stars takes up the role of a titular goth girl in the Wednesday series. The Gen Z star is well-known for her thousand-yard stare in the series. Jenna revealed that she had to develop a technique for channeling that unsettling expression.

The technique behind the stare is that she had to tilt her chin down and look through my brows and this created some sort of Kubrick stare. Prior to the filming of Wednesday Ortega was a longtime vegan, but because the drama was shot in Romania, which stresses a diet high in meat, eggs, dairy, bread, and sweets, the actress adjusted her eating habits.  She was forced to move away from what she knew as her norms and adopt the new customs.

This was mainly because the food in Romania was quite different and she was mainly concerned that she was not meeting her nutrition requirements, so opted to start eating fish again. The 20-year-old actress expressed in a tweet that her enthusiasm for dairy alternatives was still intact, and she was all in for animal-free options in her diet.

5.Jenna embraces her dark sense of humor while acting

Jenna has always shown some interest in horror films as opposed to other genres in acting. The 20-year-old actor fit perfectly in her role in both Scream and Wednesday. Jenna’s twisted humor on the Wednesday set, which included jokes exchanged with Christina Ricci is what brought the film to life.

The famous actress had to prepare herself thoroughly for her role on Wednesday. She was tasked with the responsibility of learning new skill for her to portray the character in the best way possible. Jenna had to learn the cello to create a more authentic version of Wednesday in the film.

It was quite impressive for the 20-year-old actress to master the cello with no prior experience on the instrument. She managed to play a wide array of songs, including the rolling stones, paint it back and Fand don’t stop.

Jenna has shown her mastery of different skills in quite a short period of time. Her role on the Netflix show required her to learn several skills for her to rightfully portray the character of Wednesday. The 20-year-old had to also learn German in preparation for her role.

Just a few minutes after her mother had just given her a 71-minute monologue book titled, COOL CHARACTER she recite a monologue form the kid’s book.

Her mother flipped through the pages and realized that Jenna had memorized the whole thins as it was in a short period of time. That was the moment she realized that Jenna was meant to be an actor. The stuck in the middle actor has used this to her advantage when she was needed to memorize scripts in a short span of time.

Jenna recently revealed in the Actor on Actor interview she is of the opinion that people are drawn to her horror movies because of the face she makes while crying. She is quite convinced that it is not her scream but her looks that captivate her audience.
