The Wild Hare & Singing Armadillo Frog Sanctuary has been considered “REGGAE CAPITAL USA” for over 30 years.  It was originally located a block south of Wrigley Field, since August 2012  it has been located at 2610 N. Halsted Street (at Wrightwood) in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. Live Reggae in all its forms from all over the world has been the passion for its terrific crowds of long-time friends and new enthusiasts that reflect the wonderful diversity that reggae music brings out.  It features local, regional and international artists performing nightly.  Doors open at 6 pm with two live sets of music along with a DJ most nights starting at 8 pm.

The Wild Hare Venue features three connected rooms, The Front Bar, Music Room, and The Lounge Room where guests can move throughout the evening.  Private Parties can be accommodated many evenings.

4. Tribe Supper Club Chicago

DSTRKT was established in 2019, it is located at 1540N Milwaukee Chicago, IL 60622 Wicker Park, West Town. It is the best sports bar and restaurant in Wicker Park/Bucktown. 7.Ja’Grill Hyde Park

Ja’Grill was established in 2007 and was originally located in Lincoln Park, Ja’Grill relocated to beautiful Hyde Park in 2014. They offer authentic Jamaican Cuisine, a full bar with an extensive rum selection, a live DJ on Fridays and Saturday nights, a vibrant atmosphere with reggae and dancehall music playing through the speakers, and sports playing on 5 tv screens.  They have friendly staff who ensure that you have an unforgettable experience. 

8. Jerk Modern Jamaican Grill

This is both a food truck and catering company, that is taking authentic Jamaican food and adding their own modern twist. It was established in 2012.The menu of Jerk is inspired by Dion’s childhood memories of “pushcart” Jamaican street-food with a touch of modern flare. Customers can expect to find delights such as jerk chicken prepared in our Rude Boy jerk sauce, festival, jerk fries, various patties and guava treats.

9.Trader Todd’s

Trader Todd’s is a Caribbean bar that is located on 3216 N Sheffield Ave Chicago, IL 60657 Lakeview. It is set with the backdrop of a tropical paradise, Trader Todd’s has been a staple spot in Wrigley Ville for folks to enjoy good food, good people, and good times for over 20 years now.
