Tijs Michiel Verwest, a well-known Dutch disc jockey and music producer, goes by the stage name Tisto. One of the top DJs in the world, Tisto has performed mind-blowing live sets for millions of fans all around the world. He frequently appears on the covers of some of the most sumptuous periodicals, which is not surprising. Due to his distinctive approach to electronic dance music, Tisto is a platinum-certified record holder and a Grammy nominee.

He is the creator of the music label “Black Hole Recordings,” which has given fans of music some incredible tracks and albums. The songs “Magik,” “In Search of Dawn,” “Quiet,” “In My Memories,” “Elements of Life,” “Kaleidoscope,” and “Just Be” are among of Tisto’s biggest hits. Most of his compositions have earned spots in the top 30 Billboard Hot Electronic Albums. John Legend’s song, “All of Me,” was expertly mixed by Tisto, who was honored with a Grammy. He is also philanthropic, having participated in a number of humanitarian initiatives to generate money for deserving causes. Tisto is currently one of the richest DJs in the world.

3. Zooey Deschanel (1980)

She is a musician and actress from the United States. She made her screen debut in Mumford (1999) and appeared in Almost Famous, directed by Cameron Crowe (2000). Deschanel is renowned for her deadpan performances in comedies such as The Good Girl (2002), The New Guy (2002), Elf (2003), and The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (2005). Including Failure to Launch (2006), Yes Man (2008), 500 Days of Summer (2009), and Our Idiot Brother (2011).

  She has also dabbled in dramatic films, including Manic (2001), All the Real Girls (2003), Winter Passing (2005), Bridge to Terabithia (2007), The Happening (2008), and The Driftless Area (2015). Zooey played Jessica Day in the Fox sitcom New Girl from 2011 to 2018, for which she was nominated for three Golden Globe Awards and a Primetime Emmy Award.

4. Steve Harvey, 1957

He is a host, producer, comedian, and actor in American television. In addition to the court comedy Judge Steve Harvey, which is based on arbitration, he hosts The Steve Harvey Morning Show, Family Feud, Celebrity Family Feud, and Family Feud Africa, and he once presided over the Miss Universe pageant.

Harvey got his start in comedy. In the early 1980s, he did stand-up comedy and hosted Showtime at the Apollo and The Steve Harvey Show on The WB. Following his performance on the Kings of Comedy Tour, he appeared in The Original Kings of Comedy. 2012 saw his final stand-up performance.

5. James Earl Jones,1931 

He is an American performer. For his performances in film, television, and theater, he has been referred to as “one of America’s most renowned and varied” performers and “one of the greatest actors in American history”. A stirring basso profondo that has “given grit and gravitas” to Jones’s projects, including live-action acting, voice acting, and commercial voice-overs, has been praised. 

On November 12, 2011, he won an honorary Academy Award. On May 25, 2017, Harvard University awarded Jones an honorary Doctor of Arts degree. In 2017, a Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement was given to him.  The James Earl Jones Theatre was renamed the Cort Theatre in his honor on September 12, 2022, in Manhattan, New York City.

6. Betty White (1922-2021)

 She was an American actress, comedian, and television personality. Betty was a pioneer of early television with a career spanning almost seven decades. She was renowned for her extensive body of work in entertainment and for being one of the first women to work both in front of and behind the camera.  Betty white was the first woman to produce a sitcom when she both produced and appeared in Life with Elizabeth (1953–1955). 

7. Jim Carey (1962)

Carey is an actor, comedian, and artist from Canada and the United States. Recognized for his vivacious slapstick performances, Carrey first came to public attention in 1990, when he was cast in an episode of the American sketch comedy series In Living Color (1990–1994). Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, The Mask, and Dumb and Dumber marked his cinematic debut as a star (all 1994). Following this were the 1995 films Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, Batman Forever, and Liar Liar (1997).

Carrey was nominated for a Grammy in 2006 in the category of Best Spoken Word Album for Children. How Roland Rolls, a children’s book that Carrey published in 2013, won the 2013 Gelett Burgess Children’s Book Award.  Memoirs and Misinformation, a book that Carrey co-wrote with Dana Vachon, was released in 2020.

He is a rapper, singer, and composer from the United States. His aesthetic veers between rock, hip-hop, country, and metal. He is a self-taught musician who has claimed to be able to play every instrument in his backing band. He oversaw the production of all but two of his albums.

9. Dwyane Wade (1982)

He is a retired NBA basketball player from the United States. Wade played for the Miami Heat for the majority of his 16-year career in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Where he won three NBA titles, was a 13-time NBA All-Star, was selected for the All-NBA Team eight times, and was a member of the All-Defensive Team three times. Wade also holds the record for most points, games, assists, steals, made shots, and shots taken for Miami. He is presently the host of The Cube’s American version.

10. Muhammad Ali (1942-2016)

He was an activist and professional boxer from America. He is commonly ranked as the best heavyweight boxer of all time and goes by the moniker “The Greatest.” He is regarded as one of the most important sports stars of the 20th century. Ali received the Sportsman of the Century award from Sports Illustrated and the Sports Personality of the Century award from the BBC in 1999.
