If you want to take your ice cream and have an experience too lulu’s Nitrogen ic cream is the place to go.

In 2013, Luisa Santos was studying political economy at Georgetown University when she learned a surprising fact: Ice cream could be made from scratch using liquid nitrogen.

This led her to open her own shop on Biscayne Boulevard.

First, you choose a base flavor which has been made in-store from scratch. Then it’s frozen right before your eyes.

Flavors rotate frequently and according to what’s in season at the local farms but classics like chocolate, vanilla, and the popular Nutella are always available.

If you fancy creative options get a pina colada, honey lavender, key lime strawberry cheesecake and also vegan choices (like avocado).

All of the dairy used is local and comes from Dakin dairy farm grass-fed cows.

At Lulu’s it is; enter, choose ingredients then… BOOM- ice cream.

Wall’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream is a family-owned and operated business that truly cares about the products. Their goal is to make their customers happy.

Wall’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream does things the old-fashioned way. Ice cream is made in traditional flavours made with fresh ingredients.

Even the fudge is homemade, a simple combination of butter, chocolate, sugar, and cream, prepared in small batches to ensure freshness.

This shop is perhaps best known for its creamy “creations” they have the “Cookie Monster Sundae,” which combines two giant chocolate chip cookies and two flavours of ice cream (your choice) capped off with both wet and dry toppings

Or try the “Peanut Butter Deluxe,” an immense bowl of peanut butter ice cream smothered with flowy peanut butter and hot fudge and topped with whipped cream and peanuts.

Want to challenge yourself? Try the Great Wall of Ice Cream Not for the light-hearted ice cream eater! 12 flavours of ice cream, bananas, brownies, 2 wet toppings, 2 dry toppings with whipped cream and a cherry.
