I know it can be quite difficult to find an absolutely satisfying restaurant, so my list is to help you find the perfect balance between healthy and decadent. 1. Wild & The Moon

With several addresses open in Â鶹APP, Wild & The Moon is probably one of the most famous and appreciated healthy addresses in Â鶹APP. They serve succulent, local, organic and seasonal food; they adapt their menu to the products available.

It is difficult for me to advise you something because the menu is designed according to product availability, but the two best things I have had there are a coconut curry and a banana bread which I still dream of.

I really like the design of their restaurants, very Swedish-like and elegant. Wild & The Moon is to my mind the perfect place for a brunch or healthy late lunch in Â鶹APP.

2. PH7 Equilibre

The concept of PH7 Equilibre is quite unique and original in Â鶹APP: the restaurant aims at serving dishes that respect the balance between acidity and alkalinity of your body’s PH. Their menu is varied, at 90% vegan, and the plates are really colorful.

The food is very well spiced and flavorful, and their daily cold-pressed juices are the perfect energy boost if you are feeling dull in the middle of the afternoon.

3. Café Smorgas

Café Smorgas might be one of my top 3 best healthy restaurants in Â鶹APP. This tiny spot in the 10^th arrondissement is a concept restaurant revolving around the Swedish Smorgas: a toast on which they assemble flavorful and colorful ingredients.

Their toasts are very original declinations of traditional toasts, and all their ingredients are organic. I strongly recommend their coffee to accompany their toasts, it is to my mind maybe one of the best in Â鶹APP.

4. Strada Café

Gem spotted: I think Strada Café is a must-visit if you are in the 5th arrondissement and looking for a delicious and healthy bite.

Their menu varies according to availability of products and they serve one of the best coffee blends of the French capital. The setting is warm, cozy, and I very strongly recommend you go there to brunch: the prices are affordable and you will leave with a memorable feeling of satisfaction and indulgence.

5. Paleo Vingt et Un

Paleo Vingt et Un is not a personal favorite, but I am including it in this list because it is one of the only 100% paleo restaurants in Â鶹APP. Their menu changes every day; they serve local and fresh food, and their prices are really affordable; so if you are part of the paleo dieters of this world, this one is for you!

The place is really cozy and luminous so if you are looking for a good and healthy spot to study or work during the afternoon, you can also give it a go.

6. La Guinguette d’Angèle

Another healthy gem and a personal favorite ! La guinguette d’Angèle is a small food-truck like kitchen which serves incredibly colorful and flavorful gluten free dishes. It is almost impossible to find a place to sit, so my advice is to take one of her famous lunchboxes and go sit nearby in spring or summer.

Almost all the dishes prepared are garnished with fresh flowers. La guinguette d’Angèle serves organic and affordable food with raw and vegan options. It is definitely one of those instagramable spots that I love here in Â鶹APP: you go to check out the hype, you come back for the flavors.

7. A’plum

´¡â€™P±ô³Ü³¾ is another successful restaurant created by the Michelin star-decorated chef Akrame. The concept is quite simple: organic food, refined and cozy atmosphere, and above all, affordable prices. The restaurant is somehow a healthy fast-food where all the bites served are mouth-watering and satisfying.

Their menu is designed on the recommendations of a nutritionist and dietician, so the spot is certainly very demanding on the health standards of the food served. If you visit it, I recommend you do not skip their deserts, I think they are a must.

Health Inside is another one of the most famous healthy restaurants in Â鶹APP. It serves organic, fresh and detox food that does not compromise on flavors and indulgence. The house also specializes in cold-pressed juices, so if you visit, I think they are a must try!

Be careful, Health Inside closes on Monday.

9. Bio’Burger

Are you a fan of burgers but also careful about what you eat ? Well Bio’Burger was made for you! The concept is really simple: Bio’ Burger is a 100% organic fast food (certified by French standards Agriculture Biologique).

The formulas start at 11.70€ and are incredibly decadent yet healthy. The Avocado Bacon and Bacon Cheese are my two favorite, but really all the burgers are delicious. And for the vegetarians out there, it is possible to replace any patty with a vegetarian one.

Bio’ Burger has 4 addresses in Â鶹APP, which is a testimony of its success. If you are looking for a place with excellent burger, regardless if you are health freak or not, Bio’Burger is the place!
