Raadhika Sarathkumar is an Indian actress, entrepreneur, producer and politician who works predominantly in Tamil cinema along with Telugu cinema as well as a few Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada films. She is the founder and CP of the Radaan Mediaworks India Limited and did film productions in most of the south Indian languages. she is a recipient of six Filmfare Awards South, two Nandi Awards and three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards.
Raadhika is the daughter of the late Tamil actor and comedian, M. R. Radha who hails from Tamilnadu and Geetha who is a Srilankan. Raadhika did her education in India, Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. She has a younger sister Nirosha, who is also an actress, and two younger brothers, Raju and Mohan. In 2005, According to reports, the 58-year-old actor stated, “I have been doing television programmes so far. Now, I will gradually reduce my engagements and actively pursue politics.”
She joined before the 2006 Assembly elections to join the AIADMK along with her husband R. Sarathkumar. In 2006, she was dismissed from AIADMK for anti-party activities.
In response to the statement, Raadhika stated, “I was actually shocked when she (Ms. Jayalalithaa) gave the card to me. However, out of respect for my husband and Jayalalithaa, I accepted it. But I am not a member of the AIADMK or any party for that matter. I am not into politics.”
Her announcement on social media left her fans with a heavy heart. In a video posted on her Instagram page, the actor further explained her decision. Sharing that she was overwhelmed with love and support from fans, Radikaa pointed out that she will be splitting her time between her company, Radaan Mediaworks, and Sarath Kumar’s political party All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi. She was the deputy general secretary of All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi from 2007.

Radhika has also acted in the serial Chellamay for Sun TV then started playing a double act as twin sisters in the new serial programme Vani Rani.

She debut under the direction of Bharathiraja. The film music was done by Ilayaraja. The actress played the female lead role in the film and impressed many within her debut performance. This is one of the best performances of the actress. The film ran for over 365 days in theatres. It was remade in Telugu as Toorpu Velle Railu (1979) and in Hindi as Saveray Wali Gaadi (1986).

Sarathkumar Ramanathan born in 1954 is an Indian actor, politician, filmmaker and singer. He has acted in more than 130 Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. He has won two Tamil Nadu State Film Awards and three Filmfare Awards South.
Originally a bodybuilder and later journalist, in 1986, Sarathkumar started his acting career in the Telugu film Samajamlo Sthree. He first acted in villain roles and later played supporting roles before establishing himself as a lead actor in subsequent years, earning him the titles Supreme Star and Super Hero in Tamil cinema.
Radikaa tied the knot with actor Sarath Kumar in 2001, and has two sons Rayane and Rahul. She was married twice prior to marrying actor Sarathkumar. Her first marriage to the Malayali actor-cum-director, Pratap K. Pothan, ended in divorce. As did her second marriage to Richard Hardy, who is a British national, and by whom she has a daughter named Rayanne Hardy.

Ravi Radha is mainly known for the supporting roles played throughout his career. He was born on 29th July 1952, and is the son of M.R.Radha. He is also an ex-chief member of the Nadu Film Artistes’ Association. Moreover, he faced controversies over the extreme criticism of other film celebrities.

Tamil stars Sarathkumar and his wife Radhika were sentenced to 1 year in jail in a cheque fraud case by a special court. After the sentencing, Radhika tested positive for COVID-19. Sarathkumar and Radhika have filed an appeal seeking a stay of the sentence and thus was shifted to a hospital.
