Felicia chin who was also known by her Chinese Chen Jing Xuan was born on the 24^th of October 1984. She took up her stage name as she was advised to do so to boost her publicity. Chin has worked in the MediaCorp as an actress in a television drama Always on my Mind. She even went up and took the female lead role in the movie The Beginning.

She often regarded as the one of the Top Most Popular Female of the Artistes MediaCorp. She has been on and off acting.  She took a break from showbiz to complete her education. She later immersed herself right back into it as it was she loved doing.

She had felt that the little time she had spent in school had really taught her a lot and opted to pursue her dream in acting instead. She stated that she would resume learning if the need arises. She however put aside her acting and focused on her education a few years later after she saw the need to do so and opted to part-time acting instead.

As Felicia Chin was taking up her education at the Tanjong Katong Girls鈥� School and Victoria Junior College (VJC), she joined the soft-ball team and eventually the national team of Singapore. She was regarded as the youngest player in soft-ball in history. She had a real talent for the sport and therefore won the National Inter-School A Division Softball Girls championship title with VJC in 2002.
