She was born to Filipino parents in a middle class family. Sarah Asher Tuazon Geronimo was born on July 25, 1988, in Santa Cruz, Manila, the Philippines to Delfin Geronimo, a retired PLDT employee, and Divina Tuazon, who ran a beauty salon in their house.
She is the third of four children.Her parents are God fearing Christians and brought her and her siblings up in a Godly way giving them the best they could and even the support they needed while growing up.

Geronimo again had supporting roles in the films Annie B., Masikip sa Dibdib and Lastikman: Unang Banat all released in that same year. Geronimo sang the Philippine National Anthem at the pre-inaugural ceremonies of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on June 30, 2004.
