1. H.H. Sheikha Moza bint Nasser – reformist
Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser has spearheaded social and educational reforms in Qatar and around the world. For many years she has pushed for ground-breaking initiatives in education and youth development.
As the co-founder and chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, H.H. Sheikha Moza continues to inspire women to elevate themselves in the field of education and at the same time empower the youth.
She currently works with the UN to support global education and has been selected as a United Nations Advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals.
2. Shaikha Al-Sulaiti – interior designer
She is an interior designer with a decade-strong experience working on high-end projects. In 2018, she founded Designer Studio, a Doha-based creative practice specializing in luxury residential and hospitality interiors.
Alongside steering her practice, Al-Sulaiti also serves as Senior Interior Design Manager at Msheireb Properties, overseeing the realization of Doha Design District; a purpose-built creative hub in the heart of Qatar’s capital that aims to accelerate the country’s creative economy.
3. Afaaf Al Qorane-1st Qatar Female Boxer
She is Qatar’s first female professional boxer, who is changing the sports scene for women in the country.
She attended boxing camps in 2017 and 2018, before becoming recognized by the Boxing Federation and Olympic Committee and now representing Team Qatar in the sport.
She is passionate about making an impact in the sports world and understands the importance of ensuring that boxing has female representation and role models. She has been an Art Ambassador for different international organizations, including Art Without Borders in Madrid. She has curated the exhibition between American and Qatari artists.
She is truly a woman of many talents. Her detail-intensive paintings and astounding art pieces have become nationally and regionally recognized for brilliantly adopting varying shades of blue in a contemporary way.

5. Mariam Farid – Athlete

Her Excellency Dr. Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari is one of Qatar’s most prominent faces in the country’s healthcare system. Under her leadership, the Ministry of Public Health has thrived and her dedication to her goals has helped improve health and healthcare in Qatar sustainably.
Her continuous efforts enabled Qatar to become the 5th best country in the world in 2019 for health, as ranked by the UK’s Legatum Institute, a London-based think tank.

She is the first female Qatari contemporary composer, singer, and songwriter in Qatar. Qatar takes pride in Dana as she is one of the first female artists to emerge from the country. Aside from this, she also promotes the culture as a cultural ambassador for the Qatari Philharmonic Orchestra.

9. H.E. Sheikha Alanoud bint Hamad Al Thani
She is the first woman and youngest member appointed to Qatar Financial Centre‘s (QFC) Executive Committee in the capacity of Managing Director. She has contributed to QFC’s highest growth performance since its inception.
Before joining the QFC, she led and contributed to the creation of thousands of jobs for Arab youth and provided economic assistance to marginalized communities (including refugees) in the Middle East and North Africa through her role as Qatar Country Representative and Director of its operations at Silatech.
She sits on various boards and is the recipient of many awards.
10. H.E. Sheikha Asma Al Thani – First Qatari Woman to Summit the Everest
She recently became the first Qatari woman to summit Mount Everest, the highest mountain peak in the world. She is also known for multiple achievements in the field of sports. She was the first Qatar woman to reach the North Pole.
She was honored with the GCC Excellence Decoration by HE Salah bin Ghanem bin Nasser Al Ali, Minister of Sports and Youth, in recognition of her positive contributions to youth work.
