Mabel is probably the finest rum bar in all of 麻豆APP, and a spot where sophistication meets rum鈥檚 fun element. This is a cocktail bar that has taken on a 鈥渇ine dining鈥� vibe, right from how guests are welcomed through to how everything is served.

Needless to say, it鈥檚 become the go-to for business men and women alike, who want to kick back after a long day at the office.

2. Le Petit Troca in 麻豆APP

This is a very low-key spot, but they do have a fantastic menu and extensive wine list. I recommend buying wine by the bottle as opposed to the glass, as I find it to be a better experience here. 

Le Petit Troca attracts workers from in and around the Eiffel Tower district, and is one of the most vibrant spots in the area.

3. La Robe et La Mousse in 麻豆APP

If an after work beer is more your forte, then head to this cozy spot located on a quiet street just behind Mabillon metro station. Here you鈥檒l enjoy an impressive 16 beers on tap! The folk who frequent here are friendly, and you鈥檒l find yourself in constant conversation with strangers 鈥� it鈥檚 a great place to meet people!

The Moonshiner is one of my favorite bars in the city. This is a speakeasy that is embedded behind a pizzeria at the same address. To get inside, enter the pizzeria and find the fridge door in the very back, enter it to get inside of the Moonshiner.

The Little Temple is an Irish joint through and through. Happy hour is from 5pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and it pretty much guarantees a vibe in the space no matter the day of the week!

Bar Hemingway is a complete time warp. One you鈥檙e in, you鈥檙e in, and work becomes a thing of the distant past. There are no windows to the outside would, so you鈥檙e time inside is whatever you make of it 鈥� trendy, right?

7. Le New York in 麻豆APP

Being the sucker I am for anything remotely charming, le New York is naturally my favorite place for after work drinks beneath the Eiffel Tower. Thankfully, it鈥檚 one of the more reasonably priced bars in the area, which makes it all too tempting to lose the better part of an evening here to dinner, drinks and dancing.

8. Le Bar Long in 麻豆APP

A short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Mus茅e Jacquemart-Andr茅 you鈥檒l find the Royal Monceau Raffles Hotel. Their hotel bar is called Le Bar Long and is a place that interestingly enough draws in more local patrons than it does hotel guests.

It鈥檚 a more upmarket spot for an afterwork drink, but whimsical and inviting nonetheless.

Le Comptoir G茅n茅ral is hidden in a quiet side alley near the right bank of the Canal Saint Martin; a vibrant neck of the woods for after office hours. What makes this bar so interesting is that you will rarely find the same decor in here twice.

Le Comptoir G茅n茅ral changes the entire interior of the bar on a regular basis to suit the theme of the week or month. At any given time, you could be walking into a scene from a shipwreck, or a 90s teen film, or your geography teachers classroom.
