Swift’s generosity has already had a profound impact, with her recent visit to Ireland benefiting the Dublin-based charity and leading to a remarkable increase in spending in the capital, according to the latest findings from Bank of Ireland’s Spending Pulse report. The report, which examines debit and credit card expenditure, revealed substantial surges in spending across different demographics following the three-day concert series.

Comparing card spending from June 27-30 with the previous weekend, the bank reported a noteworthy 63% surge among 13 to 17-year-olds, a 25% increase in spending among the 18 to 25 age group, and a 30% rise in the 26 to 35 demographic. In line with the excitement surrounding the concerts, beauty spa expenditure shot up by 34%, Spotify streams saw a 20% boost in expenditure, and record stores enjoyed a 19% increase in sales. Additionally, social spending across Dublin’s pubs, restaurants, and fast food outlets rose by 13% compared to the previous weekend as reported by .

This latest act of generosity is but one in a series of donations Swift has been making to food banks in the cities she performs in, with her recent contribution marking the largest individual donation received by a Dublin charity.
