It is quite evident that the talented actress is drawn to horror films and the gothic style of dressing. A true testament to Jenna Ortega’s flair and grace was her presence at the Met Gala in 2023. Moving away from the Met Gala, fans seemed ecstatic when they realized that her lock screen was a photo of Emma Myers who stared as her friend in the film, Wednesday.

Fans caught a fleeting peek of Jenna’s phone background as she walked past as she said hello to the audience after the event on Monday. A video went viral on TikTok and viewers have been able to identify the precise photo on Jenna’s backdrop. The screen lock is an adorable photo of her co-star in the Netflix show, Emma Myers. It seems about right that the two stars are both close on and off the screens. Jenna Ortega once revealed in an interview that, her co-star Emma is ‘one of her closest pals’ Off-screen.

The two seem inseparable in real life as was in the film, Wednesday. In the show, Emma Myers plays the role of Wednesday’s roommate, Enid Sinclair. Enid portrays a personality that is quite different form Wednesday, she reems to love colors and is more hospitable. In the beginning of the film, Wednesday is initially uninterested, but they soon after the two hit it off quite well and even become best of friends. The friendship between the two has grown even off the screens. A fan even wrote ‘I need a friendship like Emma and Jenna are you kidding me.’ The relationship between the two is desirable to say the least.

‘Emma and Jenna are the ultimate,’ one fan remarked. Nothing really beats having your bestie as your lockscreen! Adorable!’ Ortega once revealed that she would send her bestie voice notes and sing songs to her and described their union as just feeling ‘comfortable’ around one another. The duo has developed a tight bond since the release of the Netflix series together, so much so that Ortega has commented on their deep bond.

The duo is however spending less time together after, Jenna Ortega landed a role in the upcoming film, Beetlejuice 2. The reboot film’s production has taken up so much of her time that she barely has time to be with her best buddy, Emma.
