The Dave Matthews Band is coming to Lisbon on May 5th 2024. The critically acclaimed American rock band has been on a tour throughout Europe, and will conclude with a concert at Lisbon鈥檚 MEO Arena. Their most recent album, 鈥榃alk Around the Moon鈥� was released in May 2023, and has garnered significant commercial success.
The tour is their first in Europe in the last five years. The band, which is led by Dave Matthews has already sold over 25 million tickets since the start of their music career. This makes them the second best-selling band in history after U2. They have also collectively sold 38 million CDs and DVDs.
鈥榃alk Around the Moon鈥� (2023), is their 10th album and attendees will get the chance to see them perform some of the featured songs live. In an interview with The Wall Street Journal about the album, Pitchfork stated, 鈥�The past and the present of Dave Matthews Band interact freely in 鈥榃alk Around the Moon鈥欌�he tracks 鈥楳onsters鈥� and 鈥楤reak Free鈥� stand out as storytellers.鈥�
