Setia made her big screen debut with Nikamma in 2022. Nikamma is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by Sabbir Khan. It is a remake of the 2017 Telugu film Middle-Class Abbayi and stars Abhimanyu Dassani, Shirley Setia, and Shilpa Shetty. Shirley Setia is featured as Natasha “Nikki” Singh.
