Aaron Jeffery, a television actor, was born on Tuesday, August 25, 1970 in Auckland, New Zealand. New Zealand-Australian actor best known for his role as Alex Ryan in the McLeod’s Daughters television series.

He was married to Melinda Medich from 2003 to 2005 before beginning a relationship with co-star Zoe Naylor in 2010. He has two daughters, one with Naylor and one from a previous marriage.

Jeffery, who has acted as Alex Ryan on McLeod’s Daughters for six years, has left the show due to exhaustion and dissatisfaction with the show’s direction.

The last original member of the show’s original cast remains on the air until early next year, but has officially quit the set.

He is now working in New Zealand after taking a break, but he has stated that it is time for him to leave the popular Australian farm drama.

“It’s a battle to stay creatively present when you’re doing a series day in and day out,” he said.

“I’m not happy with how the show has evolved either – it’s veered into soap territory, and that’s not the kind of meat I enjoy chewing.”

The reason for his character’s departure is unknown however, Jeffery is already at work on Outrageous Fortunes, a culturally insensitive New Zealand drama.

6.Jeffery went to an acting school to sharpen his acting skills
