Born on March 24 1990 in Donnybrook, Western Australia, Keisha is an amazing actress who is known for her role in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. She has been nominated for multiple awards and has won some of them.

When she was four years old, her family moved to Auckland, New Zealand. She attended Penrose High School and graduated from Senior College of New Zealand. She however got her citizenship in 2001.

As a child actress who rose to fame over the course of one film that opened doors for her, she has been able to grow. With a huge social media following and even bigger fan base. 

She is known for her confidence and wit, her ability to use her voice for what is right, as a way to inspire others that look up to her.

Keisha had her debut in 2002 in a film called Whale Rider, and she was given the lead role. When filming began, she had to squeeze her schedule just to make it work.

When the film hit cinemas, she was praised for her performance and even received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress. 

She soon turned into a sensation and was placed into music videos, magazines, and any film that fit her acting skill. 

In 2014, she was given the role of Joan in the American television series The Walking Dead. Though her role was short, it was enough to get her the recognition she deserved. Most of the show’s fans believe her performance to be a memorable experience.

With the right introduction to Hollywood, she was offered the role of Obara Sand in the American hit HBO series Game of Thrones. 

In 2020, she was offered the role of Hana Gibson on CBS’s FBI: Most Wanted. In the series, she plays an FBI analyst. Her role in the series has been longer than an episode.

However, around the same time, she won a lot more awards like; the Critics Choice Movie Awards, Online Film Critics Society, Qantas TV, and Film Awards, Chicago Fim Critics Association, and New Zealand Film Awards. 

4. Health Diagnosis

Even though she is a private person, she has always been open about her health. In 2014, Keisha revealed that she has bipolar disorder after the death of Charlotte Dawson. 

Since then, she has used her platform to facilitate conversations around mental health. She has practically used her social media account to share her thoughts on such topics and to encourage others like her.

In 2006, Keisha and her boyfriend at the time announced that they were expecting. A short while after their daughter was born, they ended their 10-year relationship.

People were stunned by her statement given that she was just 16 years old, the actress however chose to ignore everyone’s opinions and welcomed her baby into a happy environment.

She later tried her luck again in 2012 when she got engaged to Jonathan Morrison. They got married the next year on Valentine’s Day. However, the couple got divorced in 2016.

In 2021, she announced that she was married to Donny Graham in New York City. A month later she announced that she was expecting her second child in June.

6. Youngest To Receive A Nomination

Keisha is remembered as the girl who received an Academy Award at the age of 13. Even though she lost the award to her runner-up, she still left a mark on others in the industry.
