The Martinique national football team represents the French overseas department and region of Martinique in international football.The team is controlled by the Ligue de Football de la Martinique (English: Martinique Football League), a local branch of French Football Federation.

Kevin Parsemain who was born on 13th February 1988 is a Martiniquais footballer who plays for Ayutthaya United and the Martinique national team, of which he is the all-time leading scorer. Besides Martinique, he has played in France, the United States, DR Congo, and Thailand. 

Parsemain made his international debut for the Martinique national team in 2008 and has scored 35 goals in 55 appearances which is the country’s all time top scorer. He won the Martinique Championnat National top scorer in 2010–11 season with 20 goals. 

2.Daniel Herelle

Daniel Herelle who was born on 17th October 1988 is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Martinique Championnat National club Golden Lion. Born in France, he plays for the Martinique national team at international level. 

He is the Martinique national team’s all time most capped player in their history with  86 appearances and has scored 3 goals in that time. He made his debut for Martinique in 2006. He was in the Martinique Gold Cup squads for the 2013 and 2017 tournaments.

Sebastien Cretinoir who was born on 12th February 1986 in Fort-de-France, Martinique is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Golden Lion in the Martinique Championnat National and internationally for Martinique. 

He made his debut for Martinique in 2010 and was in the Martinique Gold Cup squads for the 2013 and 2017 tournaments.He is among the nations team’s all time most capped players making a total of 66 appearances and scoring 3 goals. He is the second most capped player of all time.

Jose-Thierry Goron who was born on 1st April 1977 in Martinique is a footballer who plays as a forward. He currently plays for Aiglon du Lamentin in the Martinique Championnat National and the Martinique national football team. 

In a total of 49 appearances he has scored 16 goals for his nation. He started his international career with Martinique national football team in 2002.He is among the best players to have come and played for Martinique. 

5.Yannis Clementia

Yannis Clementia who was born on 5th July 1997 is a Martiniquais professional footballer who plays as goalkeeper for Caen and the Martinique national team. Clementia was called up to represent the Martinique national team for a pair of friendlies in March 2022.

Johnny Marajo who was born on 12th October 1993 in Martinique is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Club Franciscain in the Martinique Championnat National and internationally for Martinique. He made his debut for Martinique in 2015.

He was in the Martinique Gold Cup squad for the 2017 tournament. He has made a total of 14 appearances for his country and was called into the latest squad for international friendlies. He is among the most promising players from Martinique. 

7.Jordy Delem

Jordy Jose Delem who was born on 18th March 1993 is a Martiniquais professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for San Antonio FC. Besides Martinique, he has played in France and the United States. Delem represented the Martinique national team at the 2013, 2017 and 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Mathias Coureur is a Martiniquais professional footballer who plays as a forward for Bulgarian First League club Cherno More Varna.He made his international debut in the championship on 7 July in the first group game against Canada, coming on for the last 9 minutes in place of Yoann Arquin. On 12 July, Coureur started in Martinique’s second group game, a 1–0 defeat to Panama.

On 3 September 2014, Coureur scored his first international goal in a 6–0 win over Bonaire during the 2014 Caribbean Cup qualifying. In November 2014, he was named in Martinique’s squad for the finals of 2014 Caribbean Cup in Jamaica.He has also been called to represent his nation in the upcoming friendlies against

Yann Thimon who was born on 1st January 1990 in Martinique is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Club Franciscain and internationally for Martinique national team.He made his debut for Martinique in 2017.

He was in the Martinique Gold Cup squad for the 2017 tournament.He has made a total of 5 international appearance scoring 1 goal in the process for Martinique in that time. Outside of football, Thimon works as an estate agent. He is rated as one of the best players from Martinique currently. 

10.Steeve Gustan

Steeve Gustan who was born on 26th January 1985 in Martinique is a Martiniquais international footballer who plays for CS Bélimois Lamentin of the Martinique Promotion d’Honneur the second level of Martinique’s football league system. 

Gustan made his international debut on 9 June 2008 in a friendly against French Guiana. He scored his first international goal on 26 September 2010 against New Caledonia in the 2010 Coupe de l’Outre-Mer. He made a total of 28 appearances and scored 7 goals in the process. 

Martinique football is one to watch for in the coming years as the talents at disposal are so great and could help them in the near future with international tournaments.
