Maria Isabel Preysler Arrastia is a Filipina socialite and television host. She was born on 18th February 1951 in Manila, Philippines.

Isabel is the third born of six children born to a very wealthy family. Her father, Carlos Preysler y Perez de Tagle was the executive director of Philippine Airlines. He was also one of the board of directors of the Banco Espanol de Manila (Spanish Bank of Manila).

Her mother, Maria Beatriz Arrastía y Reinares was the owner of a real estate company in Manila. Isabel is of Kapampangan Filipino ancestry. She attended a private Roman Catholic school.

Isabel is the niece of renowned actress Neile Adams who is the half-sister of her mother. The family of Isabel is renowned people too.
