Itadaki Zen in London
First things first: organic, sustainable eating comes at a price. It is not produce that is easily accessible; not for you, and not for the restaurants that source it to provide to you.
Complaining about the cost of organic eating will get us all nowhere. Accept it for what it is, or leave it alone. We can only hope that as the demand grows so too does the accessibility, which will make it more affordable for all of us.

Itadaki Zen is a fabulous Asian vegan eatery just a few minutes walk from King’s Cross Station. This is where I send all of the plant eaters when their guided walking tours come to an end on the main street.
The menu is completely plant based, sustainable and organic. They are doing big things in the Asian food industry and I guarantee you will be nothing short of wildly impressed by this menu.

Aprés Food Co in London
The Aprés Food Co. is an absolute treat of a cafe close to the Museum of London in St. Lukes.
There is nothing distinctly unusual about the menu; the meals are hearty and expected, all made with sustainable, organic produce that is sourced locally where possible. It’s the execution of the meals that has every diner in awe. When I ate here the girl dining next to me looked as if she might burst into tears over how good her salad was… a salad.

The Duke of Cambridge in London
Organic and pub food are not two phrases often found in conjunction with one another. The Duke of Cambridge, on the contrary, has been one of London’s organic food pioneers since 1998.
This pub switched all of their produce sourcing to entirely organic and sustainable suppliers over twenty years ago. To keep things interesting, they also change and update their menu regularly so that the clientele never tire of the same gastropub dishes on offer.
