 Oded Fehr was born in Tel Aviv Israel on 23rd November 1970 and currently lives in the United States. He is the son of Gila and Uri Ernst Fehr. Oded is an actor who has moved people with his charismatic charm in acting even when he is not the main character in a film or television show. He is a very interesting character. He has filmed in different shows such as resident evil he acted as Carlos Oliver, the demon as zankou a TV series, Faris al-Farks in sleeper cell, and Antoine in Deuce Bigalow. He also portrayed Eyal Lavin, a Mossad agent on the TV series covert affairs. Beau Bronn on the TV series Jane by design, Mossad deputy director Ilan Bodner on NCIS. Oded has also been the voice of Osiris in the destiny 2 video game ever since its Curse of Osiris expansion in 2017. Fehr has appeared in star trek discovery as fleet admiral Charles Vance since 2020.

1. Oded served in the Israel Navy

In many cases, we get to know people when we dig into their past. Oded served in the navy in Israel in the year 1989-to 1992 before he was discharged. After being discharged he did several things before joining the acting field and he is doing an excellent job.

2. He worked as security for Israel airlines

Oded has a character of having serious attitude and he must have probably drawn this attribute while he served in German as security for Israel airlines. It is however less dangerous than it sounds, it can also lend itself to certain hazards that are hard to avoid at times.

He used to work at El AI which is the  only commercial airline to equip its planes with missile defense systems to protect its planes against  surface -to-air missiles, and is considered one of the world’s most secure airlines, thanks to its stringent security procedures, both on the ground and on board its aircraft.

As Israel’s national airline, El Al has played an important role in humanitarian rescue efforts, airlifting Jews from other countries to Israel, setting the world record for the most passengers on a commercial aircraft.

3. His favorite book

Oded’s favorite book is 鈥渢o kill a mockingbird鈥� this book was once a school requirement but a few can attest to it being their favorite. He is smart and very attractive, his acting skill is on another level which moves many because of his charismatic charm and he also has a good taste in literature.

4. Cast in the first two mummy movies

Fehr was cast in the film mummy and its sequence mummy return. He appeared as Ardeth Bay in 1999. He was a great ally of the main characters and one of the greatest swordsmen of his time. He was one of the most dramatic actors in the film and his character moved so many people. Today he had a shameless pun day.

5. How he met his beautiful wife

Oded met Rhonda Tollefson at Los Angeles opera on 22nd Dec 2000. It is amazing how we met people who are met to be in our lives. They are parents to three children son Atticus and two daughters Finley and Azelie. 

6. Oded is not a guns fan

One of the facts about Oded is that he is not a big fan of guns. However, this is funny when we take a look at one of the roles he was given in the resident evil movies. Gun was the only survival tool in that film. However, this was a role and not a reality and maybe he was able to pass that for the sake of securing his job.

7. He was in a couple of resident evil movies.

In the film Resident Evil movies, Oded displayed an incredible action in a death scene. We see him lying in a truck that has been flipped on its side after breaking through a horde of the undead to make a hole for others knowing that he is about to die as the horde, he crawls slowly toward the window, lights a joint and blows the smoke at the zombies shortly before the truck explodes in a fiery blast. That was one of the best death scenes he portrayed in the film.

Fehr returned to the fifth installment of the  Resident Evil  series,  Resident Evil; Retribution and in 2019, Fehr appeared in the CBS drama Blood & Treasure and began an ongoing role as Admiral Vance in  Star Trek; Discovery.

8 . He trained in Hapkido

Oded appeared on NCIS. He was used as a Mossad operative as a result of his skin tone and accent. However, he was the one who obstructed rather than help the team. Based on her previous association with Mossad, he was a particular annoyance to zeeva.

From 2010 to 2014 he portrayed a recurring character, Mossad Agent Eyal Levin on the TV series  Covert Affairs. In 2013, he guest starred in the episode ‘ Shiva of the 10th season of CBS  NCIS  as an Israeli  Mossad assistant director.

10.He was in Deuce Gigalow; Male Gigolo

Oded played a great role as a real blockhead. However, he was a kind of a man that women would look at and start to drool over. People were afraid to wear shoes in his place and a man Gigolo answered to no pimp. All the weapons on his wall are functional. Such character is a proof enough reason to not take him lightly.
