She was born in Haifa, Israel. At the age of 17, She appeared on the youth television program out of focus.

She planned to serve as a soldier in the Israel defense forces but she was frustrated because she was diagnosed with meningitis at age the of 17.

Moran Atias was a spokeswoman for the city of Milan in the campaigns against graffiti and animal cruelty in the year 2005 to 2006.
