Welcome to our page’s second blog bout Israeli players. As I said before, the country has very promising good talents that we thought we couldn’t leave them out. Did you know that Yossi Benayoun is an ex-Israeli Player?

Well, our most highlighted player is Yossi Benayoun, ex-Arsenal, ex-West Ham, ex-Chelsea, ex-Liverpool player. He is the retired “The Diamond from Dimona” in Israel who played as an attacking midfielder. In the article are ten of the best Israeli soccer players.

1. Ofri Arad

Ofri Arad was born on 11 September 1998. He is an Israeli footballer who plays as a center-back for Maccabi Haifa and the Israel national team. Arad made his official debut for Maccabi Haifa on 4 August 2018 in a game against Hapoel Ironi Kiryat Shmona in the Toto Cup. He scored the winning goal.

Ofri Arad has scored 6 goals for the Israel National team and conceded 5. He made his senior debut on 14 October 2020, against Slovakia where they won 3:2.

2. Beram Kayal

Beram Kayal was born on 2 May 1988. He is an Arab-Israeli professional footballer who currently plays for Bnei Sakhnin of the Israeli Premier League. Internationally he plays for Israel, where he has been a full international since 2008, with 47 senior caps to date.

Kayal joined Maccabi Haifa in 2002. He made his professional debut in 2006 at the age of 18. He made 125 appearances and scored eight goals before moving to Celtic in 2010. In total Beram Kayal has scored 39 goals and conceded 48.

3. Eitan Tibi

Eitan Tibi is an Israeli footballer who plays as a center-back for Hapoel Be’er Sheva. He was born on 16 November 1987. Tibi started his career in the youth teams of Beitar Haifa and Maccabi Netanya.

Eitan Tibi has played in two local major clubs; Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Be’er Sheva. In 2012 Tibi made his debut for the national team in a friendly match against the Czech Republic team. He has 6 goals. He managed to concede 5 goals in his career on the national team.

4. Sean Goldberg

Sean Goldberg was born on 13 June 1995. He is an Israeli footballer who plays as a defender for Maccabi Haifa and the Israel national football team. Goldberg has represented his native Israel in various age groups.

On 26 October 2014, Goldberg made his professional league debut against Hapoel Acre at Acre Municipal Stadium. Sean is a member of Israel’s national under-21 football team since March 2015.

5. Sheran Yeini

Sheran Yeini born 8 December 1986 is an Israeli association footballer. He captains Maccabi Tel Aviv. He is a retired player and captain of the Israel national team. Throughout his career, he has played several defensive positions including defensive midfielder, center-back, and both full-back positions.

Sheran Yeini began his football career with Maccabi Tel Aviv’s youth ranks. He made his professional debut with the senior squad under the guidance of coach Nir Klinger. Yeini is one of the most influential players on a team that won the Israeli Premier League championship after a ten-year drought.

6. Tal Ben Haim

Tal Ben Haim was born on 31 March 1982. He is an Israeli footballer who last played for Beitar Jerusalem. He can play at either center-back or right-back. Ben Haim made his debut in the Israel national team on 13 February 2002 in a friendly match against Germany.

He has played for Maccabi Tel Aviv, Bolton Wanderers, Chelsea, Manchester City, Sunderland, Portsmouth, West Ham United, Queens Park Rangers, Standard Liége, and Charlton Athletic. B He scored his first goal from a penalty in a 2–1 win against Latvia on 4 June 2011.

7. Omri Gandelman

Omri Gandelman was born 16 May 2000. He is an Israeli association footballer who plays as a midfielder for Maccabi Netanya and the Israel national team. Gandelman is a youth product of the academies of the Israeli clubs Hapoel Hod HaSharon, Maccabi Petah Tikva, and Hapoel Ra’anana.

Gandelman made his Israel national team debut in a 4–2 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification away loss against Austria on 12 November 2021. Omri has been part of Israel under-21s since 2021.

8. Tomer Hemed

Tomer Hemed was born on 2 May 1987. He is an Israeli professional footballer who plays as a forward for Hapoel Be’er Sheva and the Israel national team. Hemed appeared with the under-17, under-18, under-19, and under-21s, featuring regularly with the youth squads.

In his football career Tomer has played for; Maccabi Haifa, Mallorca, Almería, Brighton & Hove Albion, Queens Park Rangers (loan), Charlton Athletic, Wellington Phoenix, and Western Sydney Wanderers.

9. Eyad Abu Abaid

Eyad Abu Abaid was born on 31 December 1994. He is an Israeli professional footballer who plays as a defender for Hapoel Be’er Sheva in the Israeli Premier League. Abu Abaid made his debut for Maccabi Netanya on 12 August 2014 in a Toto Cup game against Maccabi Tel Aviv. Since then, he became a regular in the starting XI.

10. Mohammad Abu Fani

Mohammad Abu Fani was born on 27 April 1998. He is an Arab-Israeli professional footballer. Mohammad Abu Fani plays as a midfielder for Israeli Premier League club Maccabi Haifa and the Israel national team.

Abu Fani has played for both the U19 and the U21 national teams of Israel, appearing in 18 matches, and scoring 3 goals. On 8 October 2020, Abu Fani made his senior debut for Israel in UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying play-offs away match against Scotland.
