In addition to the many countries that you will find in the Caribbean, there are tropical island paradises to enjoy along with a rich cultural mix of European colonialists, the descendants of African slaves, and native Indigenous People.  Therefore it is really hard to tell which one is the best as the all Caribbean Islands are beautiful and offer plenty of things for their visitors. But not all Islands offer the same type of attractions for you.  Here are the 10 most beautiful Caribbean islands to visit;

St. Lucia is considered e most beautiful of all Caribbean Islands with its two UNESCO World Heritage designated Pitons standing proud. The Gros and Petit Pitons are two mountainous volcanic plugs that contribute to the island’s beauty. With white sandy beaches, dense jungles, and private villas dotting the coast, this is our number one choice for travel to the Caribbean for honeymooners and couples.

With its own Seven Mile Beach, we could walk for days on its white sand leading out to crystal clear turquoise waters. The deep drop wall dives, and Cayman Trench allow for deep diving in crystal clear water and endless visibility. If there is one place to splurge on a Caribbean vacation, it is in the Cayman Islands.

4. Cozumel

Cozumel is an island and municipality in the Caribbean Sea off the eastern coast of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, opposite Playa del Carmen. It is famous for its scuba diving and is also the second largest coral reef in the world. With turquoise water powdery white sand world-class diving it is one of the best and most beautiful Caribbean destinations.

5. Curacao

Curacao is a beautiful Caribbean island to visit, it is a Dutch colony in the Lesser Antilles. It is also known as the Amsterdam of the Caribbean. St.Kittis and Nevis is a breathtakingly beautiful two-island country in the Southern Caribbean. It covers only an area of 261 square kilometers, it is also the 8th smallest country in the world. The St.Kittis and Nevis are separated by a 3.22 km long channel called ‘the narrows’. Both these tropical islands are famed for beautiful mountains, beaches, volcanoes, and historical ruins.

St.Kittis is the larger among these two Caribbean islands. Once this Island was home to the first British and French colonies. Considering the great historical significance of St.Kittis it is also called The mother colony of the West Indies.

7. The Dominican Republic

The beaches of the Dominican Republic are postcard -perfect with luxury resorts lining the coasts of Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, and La Romana. Its mountainous interior makes it an adventure travelers’ dream while the colonial architecture of Santo Domingo attracts history buffs.

 Caye Caulker is an incredibly laid-back island in Belize. It is a beautiful sandy island that is the neighboring island of Ambergris Caye. The island has some of the best Snorkeling and diving in the Caribbean with Shark Ray  Alley located off its coast.
