Nadine Alexis Paguia Lustre was born on October 31, 1993. She is a Filipino actress and singer. Nadine rose to fame after playing the lead role of Eya Rodriguez in the film Diary ng Panget in 2014.

Never Not Love You is a 2018 Filipino romantic drama film written and directed by Antoinette Jadaone. James Reid and Nadine Lustre starred in the romantic drama film.

The film tells the story of Gio (James Reid) and Joanne (Nadine Lustre) whose young, carefree, and reckless love is tested when their dreams took them on different paths.

For her performance as Joanne Candelaria in the romantic drama film Never Not Love, Nadine received critical acclaim. she also garnered several awards such as the Young Critics Circle Best Performer award, the FAMAS Award for Best Actress, and the Gawad Urian for Best Actress.

2. Nadine was 8 years when she started hosting TV programs

Lustre was only 8 years old when she started as a TV host on Radio Philippines Network. RPN was then a government-sequestered network. Currently, it’s privatized by the late Antonio Cabangon Chua as CNN Philippines.

Lustre started her career in film by playing bit roles in several projects produced by Viva. The roles she played are; Petrang Kabayo in Who’s That Girl?, and When the Love is Gone. Her breakthrough role came in 2014 when she took on the role of Reah “Eya” Rodriguez in ciary ng Panget.

Lustre starred together with Reid, Pressman, and Andre Paras. The film was released on 2 April 2014. she earned at least 120 million pesos during its four-week run. The film received negative reviews, but the young cast was praised for their performances.

Chain Mail is a 2015 Filipino mystery horror film starring Meg Imperial, Shy Carlos, and Nadine Lustre. It was released on 22 July 2015 by VIVA Films. It was directed and co-written by Adolfo Alix Jr. Nadine played a role in the movie as Anne Nu帽ez.

The movie follows a group of people who receive a chain letter. Some of them forward it along as requested, but some just ignore it. Subsequent events suggest the letter is cursed and results in people dying brutal and bloody deaths.

6. Lustre launched her first ever make-up collection in 2018

In April 2018, Lustre launched Lustrous, her first ever make-up collection. She collaborated collaboration with the international Australian brand, BYS. Nadine is the first ever Filipina celebrity to collaborate with the international brand.

The make-up line consists of a contour & highlight kit, lip, and cheek tints in the shade Raw and Vermillion, eye shadow palettes in the shades Luna and Calypso, eyeliners in the shades Turquoise, Moonstone, and Sapphire, mascaras in the shades Void and Lazuli and an eyebrow pencil & eyebrow gel in the shade Natural Brown.

Each item is contained in gold packaging and comes in different glittery, red, and brownish shades. The make-up line also offers a gift box that contains one shade of each item.

7. Lustre released her signature fragrance in 2018

In December 2018, Lustre released her signature fragrance called Luster. The fragrance was first teased by Lustre in 2017 when she posted several boudoir-themed photos from the campaign. She revealed the project on Valentine’s night.

In an interview with Preview, Lustre revealed details about how she produced and conceptualized the product. The idea came from her mother who knew a chemist who makes perfumes.

The perfume bottle was made to look like a “love potion or an 18th-century perfume bottle” For the campaign, Lustre worked with photographer BJ Pascual. The packaging was designed by artist Soleil Ignacio.
