Elisabeth Roham is a German American television and film actress. She is popularly known for playing the role of kale Lockley in the television series Angel from 1999 to 2001 and agent Serena in the TV series law and order from 2001 and 2005.

The actress has also featured in several series and she has been in show business for over 20 years.

Her biggest breakthrough came in 2001 when she was hired for the NBC crime series Law and Order where she played the character Serena, a young prominent attorney alongside Jack McCoy.

Her father was a German partner at the law firm of Duane Morris LLP New York and they moved to New York City before her first birthday.

The actress is a passionate advocate and celebrity supporter of the Special Olympics.
