During the panda volunteer program, one must wear comfortable shoes, mostly sports shoes and trousers, and avoid shorts and a skirt. This base provides working jumpsuits in spring and winter and t-shirts in summer and autumn.

Only healthy people are required to be volunteers and handle pandas. People suffering from illnesses like cold, fever, influenza and other infectious diseases are not suitable to have body contact with the giant pandas.

The panda volunteer programs are delayed or inaccessible if a force majeure such as an epidemic or earthquake occurs. The inevitable requirements and control may influence the program.
