Ever is a two-starred Michelin restaurant in Chicago. They define themselves as an establishment whose pursuit of refinement is never finished. When you dine at Ever, you’ll experience an 8- to 10-course tasting menu focused on proteins from the land and sea, and seasonal vegetables complemented with fruits, grains, seeds and nuts. 3. Moody Tongue

Within Moody Tongue which is the world’s first two Michelin star brewery is The Dining Room, an intimate 28-seat fine dining restaurant helmed by ten-time Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jared Wentworth. 25. Suenos

The concept of Sueños is to create a lively, flavorful, and curated experience inspired by robust cultural seafood dishes that go beyond the border. Chef Sandoval carefully curated the Baja Coast seafood-focused menu that is best kicked off with a plate of oysters. 

These are not your typical bivalves, as they’re plated with ramped-up accompaniments, including cantaloupe mignonette, jamón serrano and kombucha. Mussels escabeche with ancho and smoked sweet potato is another winner; a tostada with kampachi belly and uni is a total thrill; and red snapper ceviche with salsa macha is equal parts nutty and fiery.
