Corey Mitchell Hart is a Canadian singer, musician and songwriter. He was born on 31st May 1962 in Montreal, Queen. Corey was the youngest of five children of Mina and Robert Hart.

The paternal grandfather of Corey Hart was a Ukrainian Jewish immigrant. His mother was from a Romanian Jewish family.

The parents of Corey Hart separated when he was 9 years old. He had to live with his mother and older brother in Montreal.

The connection he had with his mother made him dedicate his first album. The Father of Corey Hart is not spoken about as he had no close contact with him.

Corey Hart is popularly known for his hit songs Sunglasses at Night, Never Surrender and It Ain鈥檛 Enough.

Corey Mitchell had to live with his mother alongside his eldest brother Robbie. The separation of his parents made him have less contact with his father.

His first album, First Offense was dedicated to the mother who he had close contact with.

Corey Mitchell Hart was a talented young lad who was passionate about music. He has his first experience as a performing artist at the tender age of 11.

Corey sang the song 鈥淏en鈥� to Tom Jones while in Miami. He went ahead to record more songs with Paul Anka in Las Vegas, the United States after his first performance.

Their marriage did not last long as they were together from 1990 to 1994. Later on, Corey met his wife to be at the Juno Awards of 1993 in Toronto.

The two fell madly in love with each other and worked together on some songs and albums. Later in 2000, Corey Hart married Julie Masse and had their children.

However, Julie Masse was also previously married to cinematographer Sylvain from 1993 to 1994.
