There is a widespread belief that the Belarussian people are impoverished. This, however, is not the case. Belarus has a developed industry with high-tech industries, commercial and trade enterprises, and banks.
All of this inevitably results in the accumulation of substantial funds in the hands of the owners. Although wealthy Belarusians’ incomes are significantly lower than those of their “counterparts” in neighboring countries, this does not make them less visible figures.
This country initially disliked the wealthy as a class, it is not customary to advertise high profits here. Here is a list of 10 Wealthiest People from Belarus!
1. Vladimir Pavlovich Peftiev

Vladimir Pavlovich Peftiev is a Belarusian businessman, philanthropist, and author.
Peftiev was a co-owner of BelTechExport, a Belarussian exporter of arms and military equipment. Peftiev sold his BelTechExport holdings in 2012 and “completely ceased his participation in this group of companies.”
He was the owner of BT Telecommunications, as well as an investment and construction agent. Peftiev also co-owned Sport-Pari, an operator of interactive lotteries. Max Mirnyi, a Belarussian tennis player and Olympic champion, is also a co-owner of Sport-Pari through one of his companies.
Peftiev was a minority owner of the GSM operator “velcom.” After being sold to A1 Telekom Austria Group, “velcom” was rebranded as A1.
2. Yury Chyzh
Yury Chyzh is a Belarusian businessman, widely regarded as one of the country’s wealthiest individuals. According to estimates, he is Belarus’s second-richest businessman. On March 23, 2012, Chyzh was added to the EU’s travel ban list due to his alleged ties to Alexander Lukashenko’s regime.
Yury Chyzh founded Triple in 1994, which is involved in the construction industry and the production of building materials. In the years that followed, his company expanded into the production of non-alcoholic drinks (AquaTriple), the manufacture of aluminum constructions, transportation, and a variety of other areas. Yury Chyzh owns the well-known Minsk restaurant and brewery Rakauski brovar. He has been the president of the Belarusian National Wrestling Federation since 2008.
3. Victor Kislyi

Belarusian gaming magnate Victor Kislyi’s net worth has surpassed $1 billion. His company is worth $1.5 billion. The Belarussian entrepreneur is the CEO of Wargaming.net, a game developer that created World of Tanks, a popular multiplayer online game.
It allows players to maneuver and fire an exact replica of a 20th-century armored vehicle. Gamers can select from nearly 400 machines from various countries, which are then placed in a random Internet battle with other users. To win, players must work together and communicate online.
World of Tanks is free to play, but players can upgrade or customize their vehicles to make it easier to progress from one level to the next. New tanks can range in price from $6 to $65.
The Belarussian businessman founded his company in Minsk in 1998, but the headquarters were relocated to Cyprus’s capital, Nicosia, in 2011. He wanted to get his a location where their international business could develop transparently and fairly. He now holds dual citizenship in Belarus and Cyprus.
4. Viktor Prokopenya

Viktor Prokopenya is a venture investor and European technology entrepreneur. After founding Viaden Media in 2001 and selling the company in 2011, he founded VP Capital, which now owns several technology companies, including the fintech company Capital.com and the cryptocurrency exchange Currency.com.
Prokopenya’s net worth is estimated to be around $400 million as of September 2021.
5. Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko

Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko is a Belarusian politician who has served as the country’s first and only president since the office’s inception on 20 July 1994, making him Europe’s longest-serving president.
Alexander Lukashenko has an estimated net worth of $10 billion. He, like Vladimir Putin, has denied being extremely wealthy, insisting instead that he is a modest public servant with a modest public servant’s net worth. Lukashenko has amassed billions of dollars in bank accounts in Switzerland and Dubai.
6. Pavel Topuzidis

7. Alexander Moshensky
Moshensky established his own company in 1993 to supply frozen fish from European countries. The activity proved to be very successful, allowing the businessman to quickly expand his list of offers for his clients. A small fish trading company has grown into a food production company. Moshensky owns a transportation company and a restaurant chain in the country, among other things.
Alexander Moshensky’s overall condition is worth $100 million dollars.
8. Vitaly Arbuzov
Arbuzov established his company, LenSpetsSMU CJSC, in 1989. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Fenox Global Group, which manufactures and sells automotive components. Arbuzov also owns a construction company, a company that provides international transportation, and a company that is involved in innovative medical research.
The businessman’s fortune is estimated to be worth $200 million USD. Arbuzov is well-known for his love of expensive automobiles.
9. Vyacheslav Zarenkov
Vyacheslav Adamovich Zarenkov is a Belarussian businessman best known for founding Etalon Group, a construction and development holding company based in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
He has several patents and has written monographs. Vyacheslav Adamovich established the group’s first business in 1987. It builds residential complexes, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings. He enjoys drawing and sports.
10. Mikhail Anatolyevich
