Ziaul Faruq Apurba who was born on 27 June,and famously known as Apurba, is a Bangladeshi model and actor.He usually works in television, but has also appeared in films.He is also a singer. 

Apurba’s mother, Firoza Ahmed, was an artist of Rajshahi Betar and his maternal grandmother was a presenter in Rajshahi Betar. He won the title of “Mr. Bangladesh” in 2002 in the talent hunt show named “You Got the Looks”.

Apurba started his career in Gazi Rakayet’s drama Boibahik in 2006. He made his debut as a model in Amitabh Reza Chowdhury’s directed TV commercial for Nescafe. His TV commercial for Lab Aid also got popularity.

Apurba had set up a production house named “ASI Creations Limited” and started directing through the telefilm titled Backdated in 2012. He voiced the title track of Shihab Shaheen鈥檚 drama serial Bhalobasar Chotuskone.

Apurba’s debut film is Gangster Returns released on 27 November 2015, directed by Ashiqur Rahman. He was also cast in a film Brishti Din, directed by Morshedul Islam, but it was cancelled after a few days shooting.

He also made his tv series debut in the Boibahik, and has since gone to appear in several other tv series including;Kotha Chhilo Onnyorokom, Maan Obhiman, Ghor Chhara, Choker Baire, Ja Kichhu Chai E Jibone and Kotha Chhilo Onnyorokom.

He has been divorced twice in his life, first he married model and actress Sadia Jahan Prova on 18th August 2010, though in 2011,after a sex-tape made by Prova before her marriage with her ex-boyfriend Rajib became public. They decided to call it suits on their marriage on mutual consent. 

After this he got married again to Nazia Hassan Audity on December 21, 2011 and the couple has a son together named Zayyan Faruq Ayyash. Apurba鈥檚 second marriage with Nazia Hassan Audity was ended on March 17, 2020. The star actor ended his long 9-year-long marriage by showing personal reasons.

The popular small screen actor Ziaul Faruq Apurba got married for the third time. His 鈥楪aye Holud鈥� ceremony, pre-wedding program, was held on Tuesday August 31st 2021 at his Old DOHS resident in the capital.

The wedding ceremony of Apurba and his third wife Shyamma Dewan was held on September 2nd 2021 at a community center in Malibagh. The couple seem to be so in love and we pray that this marriage will last forever. Apurba and his son share same birthday.
