Shannen is an American expat who now calls Â鶹APP home. She lives in Montmartre with her boyfriend and Â鶹APPian puppy, Paddington. When not busy polishing her French skills or scouting out new dog parks, she can usually be found drinking wine and in constant pursuit of the perfect Â鶹APPian terrace.
