He is the 30th prime minister of Australia under the political affiliation of the Liberal Party of Australia. He had earlier served as the Minister for Home Affairs of Australia among other offices.
Scott is married to Jenny Morrison since 1990 and they have 2 children. Since John Howard, Scott John Morrison has been the longest-serving prime minister.
He is a graduate with a bachelor of sciences in economic geography from the University of New South Wales.
2. Malcolm Turnbull
Malcolm Turnbull was the 29th prime minister of Australia under the Coalition political affiliation.
He was once a leader of the Liberal Party of Australia. He was born on the 24th of October, 1954 in Sydney, Australia.

He led the Liberal-National Coalition going into the 2010 federal elections. He is currently the adviser to the UK Board of Trade.
He is married to Margaret Aitken since 1988 with whom they have 3 children.
4. Julia Gillard
Julia Gillard was born on the 29th of September, 1961 in Barry, United Kingdom.
She served as the 27th prime minister of Australia under the Australian Labor Party, having served as the deputy prime minister, minister for Education and Youth of Australia, and minister for Industrial Relations of Australia.
She worked in a law firm and specialized in industrial law. She later served as John Brumby’s Chief of Staff. Julia was elected to the House of Representatives for the Lalor seat. She is married to Tim Mathieson since 2006.
After retiring from politics, Julia has been working as the chairperson of Beyond Blue, chair of the Global Partnership for Education, a visiting professor at the University of Adelaide, and the Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Center for Universal Education.
5. Robert (Bob)James Lee Hawke
Bob James lee was born on the 9th of December, 1929 in Bordertown, Australia. He served as the 23rd prime minister of Australia being of the Australian Labor Party.
During this time, he was also the leader of this political party. He was married to Hazel Hawke and later married to Blanche D’Alpuget.
Amongst the books he wrote and published are Wednesday with Bob and The Hawke memoirs.
He served for 8 years as the labor prime minister making him the longest-serving prime minister under the same. He died on the 16th of May, 2019 in Northbridge, Australia.
6. Harold Edward Holt
Harold Edward Holt was the 17th prime minister of Australia who served for a year has held the office of the Liberal Party, which was his political affiliation.
He had earlier served as the Member of the Australian Parliament for 2 consecutive terms. Also, he was the treasurer of Australia for 8 years.
He was born on the 5th of August, 1908 in Stanmore Australia. He married Zara Bate and brought to life 3 children.
On the 17th of December, 1967, Harold went swimming in the sea near Portsea, in Victoria. He disappeared mysteriously and his body was never recovered despite the operations mounted in and around Cheviot Beach. The same day is the presumed date of his death.
7. John Winston Howard
Winston John Howard was a politician, a solicitor, and a lawyer.
He was the 25th prime minister of Australia. He was born on the 26th of July, 1939 in Earlwood, Australia. He was married to Janette Howard and they brought 3 children to life.
His political party was the Liberal Party of Australia and he was holding its office when he was the prime minister.
He changed the prisons by advocating for a state-controlled prison system in which the regime was tough but the environment was healthy.
During his time, there was a volunteer organization that provided support to ex-prisoners by housing them, giving them clothes, and employing them.
In 1931, a group was formed in British Colombia and named after him, the John Howard Society, for it conducted the same things to the ex-prisoners, inclusive of rehabilitating them.
8. Kevin Michael Rudd
Kelvin Michael Rudd was the 26th prime minister of Australia for two consecutive terms. He was a diplomat and a politician.
He was born on the 21st of September, 1957 in Nambour, Australia. He is married to Therese Rein since 1981 and has 3 children.
Other than being the prime minister, he also served as the leader of the opposition of Australia and also a member of the Australian parliament.
He was also made the minister for foreign Affairs by Gillard but resigned after Gillard failed to discipline some colleagues who criticized him in public.
9. Edward Gough Whitlam
Gough Edward Whitlam was the 21st prime minister of Australia. He is also the longest-serving leader of the Australian Labor Party. He was born on the 11th of July, 1916 in Kew, Australia.
He was married to Margaret Whitlam with whom he brought 4 children to life. He helped change the economic, legal, and cultural landscapes of Australia by pushing through a raft of reforms.
His government also abolished the death penalty for federal crimes and legal aid was established with offices in every state capital. Whitlam’s government initiated Australia’s first federal legislation on human rights, the environment, and heritage.
He was however sacked by the governor-general for he refused to resign as well as advice for an election having failed to obtain the supply. He died on the 21st of October, 2014 in Elizabeth Bay, Australia.
10. Paul John Keating
Paul Keating was the 24th prime minister and had earlier served as the treasurer of Australia in Hawke’s government. He was a member of the Australian Labor Party. Keating was born on the 18th of January 1944 in Darlinghurst, Australia.
He was married to Annita Van Lersel and they have 4 children. His government pursued reconciliation with Australia’s indigenous population, making Australia a republic, and deepening Australia’s economic and cultural ties with Asia.
