While the rest of Europe jumped on the plant based bandwagon seemingly overnight, Â鶹APP is only in recent years able to offer a variety of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-vegan-burgers-in-paris\/\">vegan options<\/a> within the city center. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-10-bakeries-in-le-marais-and-what-to-order\/\">Le Marais<\/a> remains the strongest neighborhood for vegan dining in Â鶹APP, with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-bars-in-the-latin-quarter\/\">Latin Quarter<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/things-to-do-in-paris-on-bastille-day\/\">Bastille<\/a> closely flooring suite. The village has but one solely vegan cafe, though I see more popping up before the end of the year. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For now we make our way between the regular restaurants and cafes of the 18th arrondissement and make adjustment to existing menu items that are for the most part plant based. Here\u2019s where to enjoy cruelty free foods on the Montmartre hill. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">1. Soul Kitchen in Montmartre<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Soul Kitchen doesn\u2019t isolate itself as solely vegan or vegetarian, but the number of plant based meals in the cafe far outnumbers those that include meats or fish. It\u2019s a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top10\/top-5-cafes-in-montmartre\/\">health cafe<\/a> through and through.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The cafe is a bit of a vegetable heartbeat for Montmartre. The women banned together to create <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top10\/top-5-cafes-in-montmartre\/\">Soul Kitchen<\/a>, in collaboration with a chef who changes the menu quite frequently. The meals of the day are displayed on chalkboards around the cafe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I love their granola and mango salads. This is a term coined by plant eaters when a happy coincidence occurs and a meal or food stuff is vegan without intending to be. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/where-to-find-the-best-lebanese-food-in-paris\/\">Lebanese cuisine<\/a> is one of these. While many traditional Lebanese dishes make use of meat, there are ten times as many that done. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Chez Zena is the number one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/where-to-find-the-best-lebanese-food-in-paris\/\">Lebanese<\/a> restaurant on Montmartre hill. As a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/paris-vegan\/\">vegan<\/a> you\u2019ll want to sample all the dips and breads, with sides of tabbouleh salad and falafel balls. South American cuisine makes use of many fresh fruits and vegetables as key components to each dish. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bululu Arepera is a simple, South American fusion kitchen that basically draws all the best recipes from that part of the world and creates them in a single space. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vegans thrive here.
