The Seine flows 13 kilometers through Â鶹APP\u00a0east to west and is about 9.5 meters (31 feet) deep. It\u00a0the second longest <a href=\"http:\/\/justfunfacts.com\/interesting-facts-about-rivers\/\">river<\/a> flowing completely in <a href=\"http:\/\/justfunfacts.com\/interesting-facts-about-france\/\">France<\/a>.Of course the river is full of\u00a0beer and wine bottles, due to the river banks being quite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-best-drinking-spots-along-the-seine-river\/\">popular<\/a> for drinking and partying in the summertime.<\/p>\n<p>When they cleaned the river which they do ever so often, they have discovered \u00a0some seriously strange finds from the depths. Animal rescuers were able to save the little gal from the urban city and put her in the aquarium in Â鶹APP. Inside the tomb they found little golden bees dating back to the fifth century. They were passed among the royal family, then eventually they ended up in the Louvre and the National Library. If you&#8217;d like to see these golden bees, you are out of luck, though. How did such creatures end up in an urban city river? In 2012, people discovered something strange floating in the river. It turned out to be a python, without its head! The snake was pretty massive too, weighing 40kg and spanning 3m long! No one knows how it got there, but it was definitley dead when it was thrown into the river, meaning it likely wasn&#8217;t slithering through the streets of Â鶹APP.
