Therefore it is the most famous movie location in Â鶹APP.<\/p>\n<p>The movie narrates the love story between Christian (Ewan MacGregor), a young English writer, and cabaret actress and courtesan Satine (Nicole Kidman) during the end of the 19th century. There are no courtesans anymore in the <i><b>Moulin Rouge<\/b><\/i>, but you can still enjoy the representation of the \u201c<i>French Can-Can<\/i>\u201d dance, as seen in the movie.<\/p>\n<p>The movie recreates the atmosphere of the cabaret, with rich well-dressed men coming to mingled with the underworld. This bridge appears in other scenes of the movie, when Cobb remembers the time he spent there with his dead wife (<b>Marion Cotillard<\/b>). It is on rue des Halles, in the 1st district and was founded in the 18th century.<\/p>\n<h4>The interesting \u201c<i>The Hunchback Of Notre-Dame<\/i>\u201d<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_hunchback.jpg\" alt=\"paris_hunchback\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Disney movie inspired by Victor Hugo\u2019s book takes place in the <b>Notre Dame Cathedral<\/b>. Quasimodo lives in a Tower of the Cathedral, which you can actually visit if you go at the top of Notre-Dame (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/things-to-do-in-notre-dame-de-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more information<\/a>). The inside of the church seen in the movie is also realistic as you can see below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_hunchback1.jpg\" alt=\"paris_hunchback\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <b>Notre-Dame Cathedral<\/b> may not have changed, but Â鶹APP has. In the movie, you see Â鶹APP during the Middle Ages. Such houses cannot be found anymore near the Cathedral, but you can still see two of them in the <b>Marais<\/b>, a neighbourhood in the 3rd district of Â鶹APP (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/a-walk-in-the-marais-neighborhood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">read more about this trendy area<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h4>The nice \u201c<i>Everyone Says I Love You<\/i>\u201d<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_every11.jpg\" alt=\"paris_every\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p><i>Everyone says I love you<\/i> is the first Woody Allen movie that was set in Â鶹APP. The movie takes places in New York, Venice and Â鶹APP, three very romantic cities (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-romantic-spots-in-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">learn more about the romantic Â鶹APP<\/a>). In one of the scenes, you can see Woody Allen walking with a typical French baguette. He is on the <i><b>Pont au Change<\/b><\/i> in the 1st district. The character is also said to have a house in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/a-walk-in-montmartre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montmartre<\/a> in the Cortot street, which is briefly seen in the movie.<\/p>\n<h4>The insightful \u201c<i>The Devil Wears Prada<\/i>\u201d<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_prada.jpg\" alt=\"paris_prada\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In <i>The Devil wears Prada<\/i>, Amanda comes to Â鶹APP for the Fashion Week. An important scene shows her throwing her phone in a fountain. This fountain is located in my favourite place in Â鶹APP: the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/things-near-concorde-square-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Place de la Concorde<\/b><\/a> in the 8th district.<\/p>\n<h4>The funny \u201cSex And The City\u201d<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_sexnthecity.jpg\" alt=\"paris_sexnthecity\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I know this is not exactly a movie, but after 6 seasons, I consider it to be very meaningful that the finale of the most famous TV show about fashion, takes place in Â鶹APP. Carrie decides to move to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-parisian-fashion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>capital of fashion<\/b><\/a>, but her long time love M. Big comes to declare his love to her and to take her back to New York. They kiss on the <i><b>Pont des Arts<\/b><\/i>. It is a very well-known bridge because lovers put locks on the bridge as a symbol of their love.<\/p>\n<h4>The delightful \u201c<i>Midnight In Â鶹APP<\/i>\u201d<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_mip.jpg\" alt=\"paris_mip\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This movie is an ode to Â鶹APP. The character played by Owen Wilson travels through the Â鶹APP of today and that of the 19th century. The ending scene, where he meets up with a Â鶹APPian girl he met in Montmartre takes place on the <i><b>bridge Alexandre-III<\/b><\/i>. It was built in 1900 for the Universal Exhibition, and I personally think this is the most beautiful Â鶹APP bridge (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/best-bridges-in-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more beautiful bridges<\/a>)!<\/p>\n<h4>The fascinating \u201c<i>Da Vinci Code<\/i>\u201d<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_davinci.jpg\" alt=\"paris_davinci\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of <i>Da Vinci Code<\/i>, the murder victim is found in the Grand Gallery of the <i><b>Louvre Museum<\/b><\/i> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-way-to-visit-the-louvre-museum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more information about the Louvre<\/a>). This is where the investigation begins and also where it ends, but I will not say more for the sake of those who have not seen the movie yet!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/paris_ritzhotel.jpg\" alt=\"paris_ritzhotel\" width=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When he is staying in Â鶹APP, Robert Langdon in <i>Da Vinci Code<\/i> has a room in the <b>Ritz<\/b>, Â鶹APP\u2019 most <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-5-star-hotels-in-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">famous hotel<\/a>.
