Consider this a main goal as one of the things to to around Saint Michel fountain.<\/p>\n<p>Even when you are not a local student, you should have a look in it, because each building as its specialty. At number 5, you will find plenty of books about Â鶹APP and also original touristic guides.<\/p>\n<p>And at the number 10, there is the international library, where there are books in many language. This place is an institution for books lovers, shelves cover all walls to the ceiling. Specialised in British literature you will also find there second hand books, wide choice for every budget.<\/p>\n<p>This area is really full of restaurants and nice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/best-bars-in-paris\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>bars<\/b><\/a>. If you re a passionate football lover I personally recommend you two establishment: The Gentleman (Hautefeuille Street) and the Corcoran&#8217;s Irish club (Saint Andr\u00e9-des-arts street). The pint is affordable, but be careful in the neighbourhood, the prices can get high.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/tgentleman.jpg\" alt=\"gentleman\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\"><br \/>\n<em>The Gentleman bar close by Saint Michel fountain in Â鶹APP<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Also this area is a link between several neighbourhoods, each with a strong identity. When you are facing the fountain, I don&#8217;t advice you to go on your left. Huchette street is only known for its cheap restaurants, with a menu in 5 languages, nothing traditional.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/huchette_par.jpg\" alt=\"huchette\" width=\"650\" height=\"400\"><br \/>\n<em>Huchette street known as a touristic trap in Â鶹APP<\/em><\/p>\n<p>My personal tip for you is to meander in the Saint Andr\u00e9 des Arts street, going in direction of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/thingstodo\/paris\/saint-germain-des-pres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Saint Germain des Pr\u00e8s<\/b><\/a> area.<\/p>\n<p>I love this street where there are no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-best-cars-rent-paris-holidays\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>cars<\/b><\/a> most of the time. In a little street named Cours du Commerce, you will discover the most ancient caf\u00e9 of Â鶹APP: le Procope. Since 1689, the \u00ab Tout Â鶹APP \u00bb is going to this place to enjoy the traditional food in an historical establishment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/le_procope.jpg\" alt=\"le_procope\" width=\"650\" height=\"300\"><br \/>\n<em>Le Procope caf\u00e9 in cours of commerce in Â鶹APP<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Also, this area is the mirror of the left bank identity. You will find one of the best music club of Â鶹APP: le Caveau des oubliettes (Galande street). Every night there is a jam session of Jazz, blues or even soul.
