Perhaps there is irony in recreating these spaces. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Either way, the fad has crept back into Â鶹APP of all places; here are the top three tiki <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/8-best-rooftop-bars-for-a-night-out-in-paris\/\">bars in the city<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">1. Dirty Dick in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Our first tiki bar takes us to the foot of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top10\/top-10-reasons-to-love-montmartre\/\">Montmartre<\/a> hill in the 18th arrondissement, just one road below the main <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-bars-in-pigalle\/\">Pigalle<\/a> strip\u2026 exactly where one would expect to find a tiki bar in Â鶹APP . <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I\u2019m a firm believer in giving credit where its due. In spite of the very predictable decor and sticky tables (what did you expect from a bar named the Dirty Dick?), the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-cocktail-bars-paris\/\">cocktails<\/a> here are probably some of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-cocktail-bars-paris\/\">best you\u2019ll have in Â鶹APP<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Dirty Dick opens at 6pm daily. The bartenders here take their craft very seriously and have been known to run to a corner store and back should they find themselves with the opportunity to create a specially requested drink but are missing a key ingredient. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">As far as customer service in Â鶹APP goes, this has probably never happened before in the entire history of the city\u2026 never\u2026 not once. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">The space is true to it\u2019s name. It\u2019s a lounge vibe through and through. Mermaids and Divers in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s4\">Visually, <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Mermaids and Divers appears to be one of the most well curated tiki bars in the city. I peeped inside once during a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/tour\/city\/paris-walking-tours\/\"><span class=\"s5\">free guided walking tour<\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s6\"> through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/3-best-happy-hours-in-bastille\/\">Bastille<\/a> and couldn\u2019t wait to come back to see what it was all about. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">The entire bar is wooden and covered in plant life. This one is more of a tiki\/bistro hybrid. It\u2019s not customary for tiki bars to have full restaurant menus but at Mermaids and Divers it works. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">Their veggie and bread platter blew my mind. They also do grills, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-vegan-burgers-in-paris\/\">burgers<\/a> and steaks that pair well with the cocktail menu on offer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">The bar gets loud, after 9pm you\u2019ll struggle to have a decent conversation and resort to talking to your glass of rum instead. The music alternates between evenings; some nights it\u2019s reggae, some nights rock \u2019n roll\u2026 sometimes even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-greek-food-in-paris\/\">Greek<\/a> music?
