If you\u2019ve not yet seen it but are planning to visit Â鶹APP then I highly recommend you get to it as soon as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Without giving too much away: in the film you\u2019ll enjoy a scene where the main character suffers a sort of pain and panic attack and needs to be taken out of the house in the early hours of the morning. Some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/5-things-only-true-parisians-do\/\">Â鶹APPian<\/a> bistros really do serve their full menu 24 hours a day in Â鶹APP; much to the delight of the club goers who end their evenings around the same time our fictional characters sought out food in the film. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve put together a list of the 24 hour spots in Â鶹APP where you can always find some late night solace, read on. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Au Pied de Cochon<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">6 Rue Coquilli\u00e8re<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Au Pied de Cochon prefers the classification of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top10\/top-5-brasseries-of-montmartre\/\">brasserie<\/a> over bistro. It was the first ever restaurant in Â鶹APP to keep its doors open for 24 hours. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-10-brasseries-in-paris\/\">The brasserie<\/a> is situated in Les Halles in the 1st arrondissement of Â鶹APP. If you are to walk past it, you\u2019ll know. They take pride in the fact that the French onion soup has not changed at all since it was first founded. I beg to differ since I\u2019ve had it twice and one was really good while to other terribly over seasoned \u2014 a story for another day. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As the name suggests, Au Pied de Cochon (a colloquially way to say \u201cpig trotter\u201d) is a place for all things pork. Pork lovers are in absolute heaven here and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-10-brasseries-in-paris\/\">brasserie<\/a> even serves miniature pig shaped meringues with every cup of coffee. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This is the place to be after a night out at one of the many bars in this area that are permitted to be open beyond 2am.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Maison de Gyros in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">23 rue de la Harpe<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Maison de Gyros is a hole-in-the-wall style kiosk that serves up traditional Greek food throughout the day. Although the name suggests solely gyros, they also have other items on the menu including plates (which is really just the gyro without the pita). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The restaurant is in the area of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/3-things-to-learn-from-saint-michel\/\">Saint Michel<\/a> on the Left Bank, a short walk from the Cluny Museum. A gyro is a soft pita bread filled with fries, fresh salads, juicy sauces and a meat of your choice. Vegetarian and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-vegan-burgers-in-paris\/\">vegan<\/a> options are available and equally as delicious. For just a few euros you\u2019ll fill your belly for the next day and a half. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The plated meals are huge and could easily be shared between two people. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Restaurant Cr\u00eaperie Chouchou in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">5 boulevard Strasbourg<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I first dined at the Cr\u00eaperie Chouchou one evening after attending a late night film at the Grand Rex <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/10-best-cinemas-in-paris\/\">cinema<\/a> complex on the same street. It\u2019s not quite your<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/where-to-eat-traditional-french-cuisine-in-paris\/\"> typical French bistro<\/a>, but rather everything you\u2019d expect from late night fast food. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The restaurant is known in Saint Denis for serving up delicious sweet and savory <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-places-to-eat-crepes-in-paris\/\">cr\u00eapes<\/a> at all hours of the day. I actually had the falafel plate instead, which was satisfying given the time and necessity of the situation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Expect two people to eat here for under \u20ac20. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Since you\u2019re already in the area you may want to check out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/3-reasons-to-visit-the-manoir-of-paris\/\">Le Manoir de Â鶹APP,<\/a> Â鶹APP\u2019 first haunted house\/theatre hybrid that brings hoards of people into this district each evening. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If a good scare isn\u2019t really your thing, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/5-reasons-to-visit-the-musee-du-chocolat\/\">Â鶹APP Museum of Chocolate<\/a> is a short walk from Cr\u00eaperie Chouchou. It won\u2019t be open 24 hours but it is a great spot for families with young children to enjoy the art of chocolate making (and eating). <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s3\">L\u2019Alsace<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> in Â鶹APP <\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">39 Av. des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Since 1968, L\u2019Alsace has kept their doors open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I\u2019ve always maintained that L\u2019Alsace is the perfect middle point between the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/what-not-to-miss-around-arc-of-triumph\/\">Arc de Triomphe<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/compared-place-de-la-bastille-vs-place-de-la-concorde\/\">Place de la Concorde<\/a>. Most notably they will put sauerkraut on top of absolutely everything should you request it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">They are best known for their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/seafood-restaurants-in-paris\/\">seafood<\/a> specialties. Being able to order a plate of oysters at 4am is a weird sensation but enjoyable in every regard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Insomniacs seem to flock to this spot during the early hours, mixed with severely jet lagged travelers who are stuck in time zones far behind. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Rey in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">130 Rue de la Roquette<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This part of the 11th arrondissement is an unlikely place to be wandering around in the early hours of the morning, but suppose your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/how-to-pick-the-best-airbnb-apartment-in-paris\/\">Airbnb<\/a> is situated here and you\u2019re ravenous at 3am \u2014 Le Rey is here with open arms. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This area is situated directly above the Bastille and is a popular residential spot amongst tourists due to the abundance of hotels, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/fun-and-cheap-hostels-in-paris\/\">hostels<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top10\/how-to-choose-the-best-airbnb-in-montmartre\/\">Airbnbs<\/a>. A pot of tea, some fresh pastries and a light sorbet made up the sum of my order. Situated right near the main strip, this bistro is famous for its very progressive and very strict <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/food-paris-meat\/\">meat<\/a> sourcing standards. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re going to eat meat, its better off being from here. Don\u2019t show up here thinking you can manipulate the menu into something plant based. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Caf\u00e9 Louise in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">155 Boulevard Saint-Germain<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/5-things-to-learn-from-saint-germain-des-pres\/\">Saint-Germain-des-Pr\u00e9s<\/a> area is one I have walked through time and time again, be it on my own accord to with one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/tour\/city\/paris-walking-tours\/\"><span class=\"s5\">free guided walking tour<\/span><\/a>s that take visitors through the scenery of the Left Bank. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cafe Louise is one of the most wholesome experiences one can have in this area, in my opinion. It was clearly conceptualized by someone who understands insomnia first hand. You\u2019re automatically whisked into a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/5-places-to-experience-the-1920s-in-paris\/\">different time<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The cuisine is traditionally French. Having visited so late in the evening\/early in the morning I was only able to stomach a panna cotta which was wonderful. A friend had the gnocchi and said the same!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Grand Caf\u00e9 Capucines in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">4 Boulevard des Capucines<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As far as 24 hour dining in the 9th arrondissement goes, Le Grand Cafe deserves more praise than it is given. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The restaurant itself is charming and filled with outdated, art deco furnishes that make you hyper aware that you\u2019re standing in a place that was opened back in 1875. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I don\u2019t think the interior or the menu have been updated since; but when you\u2019re hungry, and its 4am, and you\u2019re staying in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/from-concorde-to-opera-5-fun-alternative-things-to-do\/\">Op\u00e9ra<\/a> neighborhood, you really don\u2019t have much choice do you?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The gazpacho and the couscous are the safest bets at the Grand Cafe. I believe the oysters are plated and served fresh as well.
