Social spaces are abundant in this district too and bar culture reigns supreme, though there are full sized clubs here and there if you really need one. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">While bar hopping is most recommended in this part of town, purely because there is so much to see, there are a few places you can head directly for a guaranteed good night out. Andy Wahloo in Le Marais<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">69 Rue des Gravilliers<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A short walk from the Arts et Metiers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-parisian-metro\/\">metro<\/a> stop is a bar that has been on the list of top 100 bars in Â鶹APP for quite sometime. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Andy Wahloo is a pop art themed bar that channels the artist Andy Warhol through an interesting combination of bar meets <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-moroccan-restaurants-in-paris-in-2019\/\">Moroccan<\/a> village. They have hospitality and entertainment down; every night here is a guaranteed memorable one. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The interior decor is comprised of a collection of furniture and ornaments from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-moroccan-restaurants-in-paris-in-2019\/\">Moroccan<\/a> homes in the 70s. Clientele are as unpretentious as they come, which is a perk considering the nature of this part of town. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As an alternative concept attempt, le Piment Cafe has a few computers inside the bar space that are available for hire. The idea is that people are able to make use of these facilities after work, allowing them to attend to business while still being able to socialize. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">3. La Mezcaleria \u2013 Bar Clandestino in Le Marais<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">13 Boulevard du Temple<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Open everyday except for Mondays, La Mezcaleria can be accessed via a two minute walk from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-bars-in-oberkampf\/\">Oberkampf<\/a> metro stop. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It was actually the name of this bar that caused me to venture here in the first place. Mezcal is an alcoholic spirit produced only in the rural villages of Oaxaca in Mexico. It\u2019s a great spot to start your evening out in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/best-young-designers-of-le-marais\/\">Le Marais<\/a> and is within walking distance of other venues that can take your night late into the night. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you plan to visit the Place de la R\u00e9publique in this neighborhood then you can take a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/tour\/city\/paris-walking-tours\/\"><span class=\"s4\">free guided walking tour<\/span><\/a> past La Mezcaleria up through the main streets of Le Marais. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">4. La Perle in Le Marais<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">78 Rue Vieille du Temple<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La Perle is one of the best known bars in Â鶹APP thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-fashion-designers-paris\/\">fashion designer<\/a>, John Galliano\u2019s infamous public rant of 2011t that took place here. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">By day this is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/where-to-eat-traditional-french-cuisine-in-paris\/\">traditional French bistro<\/a> that opens its doors from 6am fully ready to cater to all meals of the day.
