It is something that has been widely embraced by the people who call Â鶹APP home as well as those who come in and out. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Being and up and coming cuisine in the greater scheme of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-10-things-you-need-to-know-about-wine-in-paris\/\">Â鶹APP<\/a>, Turkish restaurants tend to avoid the city center due to the high cost of rent. You\u2019re more likely to find them further out in areas such as Bercy or Gare du Nord. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If the thought of authentic kofta and baklava is enough to make your mouth water then read on; I\u2019ll tell you exactly where to go to find the best Turkish food in Â鶹APP. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Istanbul in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">1 Rue des Foss\u00e9s Saint-Jacques<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Between the Â鶹APP Pantheon and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/luxembourg-vs-tuileries-which-garden-to-choose\/\">Jardin du Luxembourg<\/a> is this little hideaway restaurant known only as Istanbul. As the name suggests, this is about as authentically Turkish as it\u2019s going to get in this part of town. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In terms of quality and affordability, Istanbul takes first palace. This way you\u2019ll be able to taste all of the different dishes that the restaurant specializes in. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This part of Â鶹APP is prime real estate when it comes to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/tour\/city\/paris-walking-tours\/\"><span class=\"s2\">free guided walking tour<\/span><\/a>s. Take one from Istanbul right up north until you come to the historic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/shakespeare-and-company-paris-iconic-independent-bookshop\/\">Shakespeare and Company bookstore<\/a> on the bank of the Seine. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">La Voie Lact\u00e9e in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">34 Rue du Cardinal Lemoine<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">My mom always said that the surest way of telling whether a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-5-best-african-restaurants-in-paris\/\">restaurant<\/a> is any good or not, is to take note of if there are locals to the cuisine dining inside of it. This is also the Turkish restaurant that caters well for vegetarians and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/paris-vegan\/\">vegans<\/a> (which isn\u2019t standard in Turkish dishes). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The restaurant is located on the Left Bank just across from where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-best-way-to-visit-notre-dame-de-paris\/\">Notre Dame<\/a> floats mid the Seine. It\u2019s actually just a few block from our previously mentioned restaurant, Istanbul. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Don\u2019t leave without trying their yoghurt and dried mint dip!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">Sizin in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">47 Rue Saint-Georges<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The award for most charming Turkish restaurant in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-small-talk-phrases-you-need-to-know-in-paris\/\">Â鶹APP<\/a> must go to Sizin. Located north of the city center in the 9th arrondissement, Sizin is another little hideaway making an effort to bring authentic Turkish dishes to the people. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Everything at Sizin is made fresh and this is evident once you taste the flavors. This makes regular portioned restaurants like Sizin feel out of the ordinary; when in reality this is probably how it should be. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When dining at Sizin I recommend the mezze plates. I also recommend going with one or two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/10-places-to-make-friends-easily-in-paris\/\">companions<\/a> so that you get more opportunity to taste a variety of the foods. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Cheval de Troie in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">71 Rue de Charenton<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Another Turkish restaurant that has become one of the most sought after places to eat in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/3-favourite-places-to-stay-in-bastille\/\">Bastille<\/a> area. Frequented by Â鶹APPian and Turkish locals, Le Cheval de Troie offers incredible food and live entertainment most days of the week. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The restaurant is almost always packed so book in advance if you\u2019ll be attending with more than two people. The ambiance, food and service does well to create this beautiful illusion. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">At restaurant Ella you\u2019ll enjoy the kebab plate with all the trimmings and sides on offer.
