Whether you\u2019re headed here specifically to eat or you\u2019re simply passing by in a<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/tour\/city\/paris-walking-tours\/\"><span class=\"s2\">free guided walking tour<\/span><\/a> you\u2019ll see the double story, red and beige banisters a mile away!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Au Pied de Cochon is as authentically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/how-to-flirt-in-french\/\">French<\/a> as a street side cafe can get. They also do wonderful red wine braised pork, escargots and a traditional cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I should also mention that Au Pied de Cochon doesn\u2019t close. Yes, you read that correctly. The restaurant is perpetually open for business and serving up the full menu. It truly is an institution to Â鶹APP. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Wagon Bleu in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">7 Rue Boursault<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Blue Wagon is a bit of a hidden gem in the 17th arrondissement of Â鶹APP. As the name suggests, the restaurant is built into an old blue train car that wen tout of service during the resolution years. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The interior is cosy and charming as anything! You could also continue on to the La Fource stop and get off here first; the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top10\/top-10-things-to-do-in-montmartre\/\">Montmartre<\/a> cemetery is right here and worthy of a stroll before walking the few minutes down to the wagon. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Wagon Bleu also boasts an impressive range of French wines to pair with all of their authentic dishes. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">Constant Cafe in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">139 Rue Saint-Dominique<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It doesn\u2019t get more charming or more French than Constant Cafe in the 7th arrondissement. The dishes at Constant Cafe are also reasonably priced considering the restaurants very desirable location. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Aside from the Champ du Mars and Eiffel Tower looming nearby, the 7th arrondissement has many attractions to enjoy throughout the day . <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">Chez Dumonet in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s1\">117 Rue du Cherche-Midi<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">South of the 6th arrondissement, this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/where-to-eat-french-cheese-in-paris\/\">French<\/a> restaurant is renowned for their duck confit. The rest of their menu includes all the French classics that one needs to try to get the perfect sense of the cuisine of the land. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Even the interior of this bistro is undeniably <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/how-to-wear-a-french-beret-like-parisians\/\">traditionally French<\/a>. Every time I\u2019ve dined here they have gone out of their way to accommodate every guest who enters the space; be it with dietary requirements, language barriers or physical disabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p9\"><span class=\"s1\">Bouillon Chartier<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">7 Rue du Faubourg Montmartre<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p11\"><span class=\"s5\">This beautiful <\/span><span class=\"s6\">Belle \u00c9poque<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> dining space in the 9th arrondissement was officially made a historic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/the-secret-places-next-to-the-main-landmarks-in-paris\/\">landmark<\/a> of Â鶹APP back in 1989.
